Employees, management I mean lack of... The Management...only interested in getting in and out of the store by 2:00 - 3:00. manager did not work nights a single afternoon and if he did ....he made sure he was out by I:30, 2 pm... he said he was there early like four in the morning putting together lawnmowers which is a joke Zin past emploment I was a keycarrierand in garden manager so I've seen and worked together lawnmowers both push mowers and riders ....(in the past at different places ) they don't take that long to put together....even if it's riding mower it doesn't take that long to put a deck on the seat...on or push the handle Ssraight up and Tighten the wig nuts to hold the handles in place. Everyone gossip behind each other's back was jot a pleasant place to work at. ... The Employees actually push me out because ....I have a physical problem and need assistance at times .... with carrying my drawer... the office in Richmond is located up stairs Lack of training in Richmond. person that they use for training is a joke she needs to be trained on how to train a person and her and the others push me out by putting heavy blocks up cashier counter.... which move while using a cane... . sincThe store and shelves in Departments need to to be cleaned up and Planograms (POG) Need to be followed especially in sports, camping area and guns area. No planograms are followed all the shelving units in this area.. (Area dusty and unorganized Unkept .....except for guns case display area, and they do not follow any type of American disability act that I seen Even though they have a posted that they do follow with !....they made it impossible for me to continue work there eith disability work there!! The co worker actually sabotaged it.... Funny thing is if the employees would've come to me An expressed her feelings to me about me working there I would've left without debating suing ...disability act

CEO is only a name... he should earn his wage and keep up on the stores and the Dysfunction of the one in Richmond is.

Be upfront with your employees ... Hire managers that knows what's going on....willing to work....not just interested in leaving for the day and maybe work a weekend once in a while

How did they prepare for the interview for my experience of 30+ years

there is none.. Long time employees lack trainning on how to train new employees and also need training on the ADA... actions made me have to go home and not work and quit

Always something to keep you busy even during a slow season with a friendly work environment.

That the position I'm in is not built to the best it can be in order to save the company money, myself time, and feels somewhat outdated.

We get fed a lot which saves on food and it's a friendly environment that almost always leaves me with a laugh every day.
