With nearly 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, John has guided Faulk & Foster to become the leading commercial brokerage firm in Northeast Louisiana. In the 1980’s, John began working with wireless companies providing site acquisition services for tower sites.

Today, Faulk & Foster’s scope of work has expanded to include zoning, regulatory, construction schedule management and build to suit services. They specialize in commercial and industrial brokerage, as well as services nationwide for the wireless and renewable energy industries.
