Assist Loan Officers in identifying and managing non-performance loans. This associate will also managebankruptcy customers, foreclosure and repossession processes, non-accrual loans, and OREO properties. The decisions made by this associate have a direct impact on the bank and the customers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Time: Description:
25% On a daily basis, will assist Loan Officers in identifying and managing non-performing loans. This associate is responsible for guiding branch associates in the decision-making process surrounding these bad loans and assisting with the proper course of action.
10% On a daily basis, manage the bankruptcy customers. Ensure bankruptcy customers are going through the proper Fidelity procedures.
15% On a daily basis, manage the foreclosure and repossession process for all Fidelity Bank customers. Ensure all policies and procedures are being properly followed.
25% Manage non-accruals and OREO properties.
25% This position will require frequent contact with attorneys regarding the bankruptcies and foreclosures for the bank.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Bank Special Assets department or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Prior attendance in business and finance courses preferred.
* Commercial and consumer loan underwriting training.
* Strong PC skills using MS Office Suite.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proven decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities Include**

+ Ensure that personnel are trained and motivated to attain high quality customer service standards and profit goals through proactive sales.
+ In conjunction with support groups such as retail administration for retail branch managers, develop, identify and implement activities within the branch market area.
+ Ensure that appropriate staffing is maintained at all times to provide high quality customer service levels.
+ Regularly monitor the efficiencies of production standards.
+ Ensure that regulatory compliance standards are met.
+ Responsible for controlling operational and administrative expenses.
+ Responsible for resolving all customer service problems.
+ Responsible for representing the company in a professional manner at all civic and community affairs.
**Qualifications Include**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 5+ years of retail banking experience
+ 1-2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

This position is responsible for the overall sales, production, profitability and regulatory compliance of a bankingcenter. It is also the responsibility of this position to ensure the bankingcenter delivers quality, accurate, and timely customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic leadership
Coach, lead and managebankingcenter team to ensure all strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
Model and demonstrate First Horizon Bank (Firstpower) culture. Promote a positive work culture by increasing and supporting associate engagement.
Represent the company in a professional manner, including being involved in the local market/community through civic organizations or community groups.
Sales and business development
Implement and coach advice driven sales process. Provide one-on-one coaching, inspect, and recognize sales activities and behaviors.
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base. Proactively collaborate with and refer to key line of business partners to lead and promote effective One Team partnerships.
Business development of market area through proactive sales calls, networking, and participation in local activities to achieve goals and priorities.
Client experience
Deliver excellent client experiences consistently and promptly resolve client issues effectively.
Team management
Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Retail bankingcenter team.
Lead, grow, coach, and motivate associates to execute bankingcenter routines effectively, aligning with our Purpose, Values, and Action to deliver financial guidance and support.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to bankingcenter team members.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Compliance and risk management
Collaborate with market operations and sales leadership to ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics, while ensuring all associates on the team complete required training.
Implement effective risk management practices to minimize potential financial and operational risks.
Operational efficiency
Lead and manage operational excellence for the bankingcenter. Monitor operational metrics and implement improvements as needed. Partner with Retail Operations team to address operational concerns.
Responsible for controlling operational and administrative expenses.

Directly responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
