The Special Servicing Asset Manager is responsible for managing the Special Servicing of a portfolio of Agency (Fannie Mae) loans, which are in default or considered to be in imminent default. The position requires proactive asset management and timely resolution of the assigned portfolio of distressed CRE mortgage loans. The primary function of the Special Servicer is to manage non-performing loans in accordance with the applicable investor Seller/Servicer Guides. Risk Management's objective is to pursue the best resolution path that maximizes the recovery.
Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities)
This position will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Monitor quality and performance of a non-performing loan portfolio through delinquency and other reporting
Ability to structure and execute resolution strategies (i.e. Foreclosure, Forbearance, Note Sale, DPO, Loan Modification or Reinstatement) in conjunction with the Investor goals
Perform comprehensive analysis of property cash flow, markets, collateral, and valuation while determining possible alternatives for default resolution
Work closely with Agency counterparts, in particular Fannie Mae's Special Asset Management (SAM) team to carry out desired resolution strategy
Review legal filings for accuracy and completeness
Prepare payoff/ reinstatement calculations
Prepare quarterly Loan Loss calculations
Review property condition assessment (PCA) reports to understand the scope of immediate repairs needed at the collateral property
Review property appraisal reports to understand the As-Is and As Stabilized values and impact on loss exposure
Understanding of legal contracts, bankruptcy law, foreclosure process, and loan servicing agreements
Lead, engage and interact with third parties including attorneys, receivers, management companies, brokers, appraisers, and environmental firms and engineers
Conduct Physical Property inspections, as required, in order to evaluate property condition
Provide written updates to senior management and investors
Present recommendations in a clear and concise manner
Request and review documentation supporting servicing advances
Will assist the VP/ SVP, Risk Management on ad-hoc projects and requests from Senior Management
Will work independently to identify problems and provide solutions to management
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real-Estate or a related discipline or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience: 5+ years loan asset management experience with working knowledge of Special Servicing, bankruptcy and loan workouts.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
Strong analytical, research and reporting skills
Strong negotiation and communication (both verbal and written) skills
Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy

Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities)
The Asset Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Prepare quarterly reports, valuations and risk ratings.
Perform financial analysis of properties including operating statements, budget and variance review, loan administration and borrower support, workout and foreclosure analysis, lease analysis, appraisal and engineering report reviews, etc.

Monitor capital improvement projects to ensure timely completion within budgets.
Additional loan servicing and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate and/or Accounting.
Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Real Estate with an emphasis on risk/financial analysis, valuations, relationship management, workouts, capital markets and Asset Management.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
A strong knowledge of real estate markets with a particular emphasis on multifamily.
Excellent project management, leadership and organizational skills.
The ability to “think outside the box”.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $74,800- $101,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. A junior research position on the ABS credit research team within the Securitized Products group of PGIM Fixed Income. Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management in Century City is seeking a highly motivated, organized, committed individual with strong initiative and excellent communication skills for the role of Senior Investment Performance Analyst.
This position is responsible for calculating and analyzing portfolio related statistics including investment performance, fundamental characteristics, and performance attribution. This requires a comprehensive understanding of performance and analytics calculations, including composite maintenance, GIPS compliance, fundamental characteristics, performance attribution, risk statistics and performance reporting.
In addition, this role would oversee the fulfilling of periodic and ad-hoc reporting needs, as well as completing RFP/Questionnaires requests for performance data. This role also holds the responsibility for maintaining the integrity of performance data across the firm and for ensuring our firm's GIPS Compliance. Lastly, this role would be expected to cross-train and help across other functions across the PAR team and either lead or assist on special projects as needed.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Investment Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Investment Strategy Analyst at ProShares, you will play a critical role on our Investment Strategy Team in delivering investment expertise, research, and analysis that drive our product strategies and then communicate those strategies to clients and prospects. Essential Job Functions[1]:
Support the development and implementation of investment models, research and statistics for evaluating fund performance and fund usage.
Develop and maintain periodic collateral.
Conduct and support research and analytics related projects as needed. These include but are not limited to:

Education and Experience:
BA/BS required. CFA or CAIA (or progress towards) strongly preferred. MBA optional.
3-5 years of experience in financial services.
Interest and experience in empirical analysis and statistical techniques applied to financial markets or investment products.
Expertise in analysis of time series data in Excel or other statistical software, PowerPoint experience, strong writing skills and demonstrated attention to detail and rigor in the research process.
Solid understanding of the equity markets.
Strong macro-economic perspective.
Alternative product management / research experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Analysis: Basic familiarity with portfolio management, financial markets, returns and risk measurement; work process must be efficient and appropriate to task complexity and importance; exploits all available information / sources / resources in context of work assignment; demonstrates ability to extract significant conclusions from analysis.
