    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Receive and post service calls into Dispatch platform for proper assignment. · Create daily dispatch for assigned Service Technicians. · Adjust daily dispatch according to daily incoming 911 calls. · Communicate ETA to customer. · Enter and Maintain customer contact information in Dispatch platform. · Assists techs with identifying part numbers for repair and invoicing. · Manage the warranty process for Service Department. · Assist Sales with creating quotes when needed. · Request Parts to be Ordered, track and communicate ETA for parts for Service jobs. · Work with Purchasing and Inventory to pull parts for dispatch. - Inventory Cycle counts · Ensure all parts breakdowns are posted to server and remain current for Tech · Input equipment detail and shop drawing for each customer in Fleetmatics. · Manage Care: process paperwork and submit according to each Vendor submission guidelines. · Manage other tasks assigned by Service Director. Requirements and Qualifications Ability to clearly communicate both written and verbally. Successful work experience as a Field Service Dispatcher or Coordinator. Outstanding decision-making skills and analytical ability. Knowledge of Service Dispatching software. Solid knowledge of QuickBooks Inventory software preferred. Ability to troubleshoot.
