Oleg Khaykin joined Viavi in February 2016 as President and CEO, bringing more than 28 years of industry experience to Viavi. Prior to joining Viavi, Mr. Khaykin was a Senior Advisor with Silver Lake Partners. Before that, Mr. Khaykin was President and CEO of International Rectifier from 2008 until its acquisition by Infineon AG in the January of 2015. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer of Amkor Technology and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Conexant Systems. Earlier in his career he spent eight years with The Boston Consulting Group and prior to that, he was an engineer at Motorola. Mr. Khaykin holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering with honors from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Mr. Hendrikus P. C. Derksen is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President - Finance of Belden Inc. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Corporate Finance from July 2011 to December 2011 and Treasurer and Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis of the Company from January 2010 to July 2011. In August of 2003, he became Vice President, Finance for the Company’s EMEA division, after joining the Company at the end of 2000. He was Vice President and Controller of Plukon Poultry, a food processing company from 1998 to 2000, and has 5 years’ experience in public accounting with Price Waterhouse and Baker Tilly. Mr. Derksen has a M.A. in Accounting from the University of Arnhem in the Netherlands and holds a doctoral degree in Business Economics in addition to an Executive Master of Finance & Control from Tias Business School in the Netherlands.

32 patents issued (and 5 pending) in algorithm development for chemometrics, chemical sensors, IIoT（Industrial Internet of Things), health monitoring sensors, NIR spectra sensing, signal processing, pattern recognition, machine learning, and multivariate statistical/regression analysis of data from array based chemical/biological sensors and vibrational spectroscopy, manufacturing of chemical/biological sensors, and new chemical/biological sensors based on IR thermogram image analysis.

Chris has 15 years commercial experience in telecommunications covering network performance measurement, optimisation and SON, particularly in cellular RAN including LTE, UMTS, CDMA and WiMAX. His focus has been on the modelling, simulation and optimisation of next generation technologies to build a revenue stream early in the life cycle of each new generation of telecommunication systems. He has contributed to various industry and standardisation bodies including 3GPP and NGMN for optimisation and SON, and the WiMAX Forum. Prior to Viavi Solutions and Arieso, Chris worked for Motorola and NSN developing new technical capabilities for the service portfolio. Chris holds a degree in Mathematics and Computing and a Ph.D. in the calibration of oceanic remote sensing satellites for improved models of climate change. He has authored numerous journal and conference papers and has filed 10 patents.

David Padfield is a Chief Scientist, Optimisation at VIAVI SOLUTIONS INC. and is based in Newbury, West Berkshire, United Kingdom. He has worked as System Engineering Manager at MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS, INC.; Junior Programmer at Digitus; and Software Engineer at EDS. David attended University of Cambridge between 1991 and 1995, University of Cambridge between 1987 and 1990, and Dean Close School between 1979 and 1987.

Frank Mamani is a Regional CTO LATAM at VIAVI SOLUTIONS INC. and is based in Mexico. He has worked as ► 3G RF Team leader at Huawei, Solution Consultant / Pre Sales engineer at VIAVI SOLUTIONS INC., and ► 3G RF Consultant at Nokia. Frank attended Informa Telecoms - Telecoms Academy between 2013 and 2014 and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú - PUCP between 1999 and 2005.
