Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during on-site activities. Maintain clear, effective, and professional communication with property managers, tenants, and internal teams. This position requires daily travel to the job sites with a company-provided vehicle. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a technical field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in field installation, operations, telecommunications, or a related technical field. Previous construction experience and electrical apprentice experience is highly desired. Knowledge of fixed wireless and cable technologies is a plus.
