What You Will Be Responsible for in This Position: Troubleshoot and test electro-mechanical equipment using various methods and testing equipment. While following company procedures for requisitioning and changing materials and parts, you will verify repairs using various start-up testing procedures. Operates specialized equipment including, but not limited to, laser alignment equipment, portable balancing equipment, megohmmeter, clamp-on ammeters, various kinds of hand-held power and non-power tools, etc. you wil be called to observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear (especially respiratory, eye and ear protection), in accordance with E/B B30501 (current version). You will need to possess a basic understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems. We Seek a Candidate with the Following Background: A minimum of 3 years' experience troubleshooting and testing electro-mechanical equipment using various methods and testing equipment as described above. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and service electrical systems, industrial controls, and related equipment at client sites. You'll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of power systems and delivering high-quality service, with a focus on resolving technical issues and supporting customers with their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Field Service Support: - Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, LV/MV switchgear, and PLC controls. - Conduct system diagnostics and address technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and efficient system operation. - Support system startups and commissioning, ensuring systems are operational and meet customer specifications.
