The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and repair of telecommunications towers and related equipment. The technician will work with a team to ensure that all towers are in good working condition, meet safety standards, and are operating at maximum efficiency.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on telecommunications towers and related equipment, including replacing or repairing parts as needed
Conduct inspections of towers and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Install new telecommunications equipment on towers, including antennas, cables, and related hardware
Work with a team to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with tower equipment and systems
Use specialized tools and equipment, such as hand tools, power tools, and electronic testing equipment, to complete assigned tasks
Climb towers to access equipment and perform maintenance and repair work
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working at heights and in potentially hazardous environments
Complete all required paperwork and documentation related to job duties
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working in telecommunications tower maintenance, repair, or installation preferred
Ability to work at heights up to 400 feet and in potentially hazardous environments required
Comfort with climbing ladders, towers, and other elevated structures required
Ability to work with equipment that has a weight limit of 260 lbs or less required.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics required
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work independently or as part of a team required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Working Conditions
Employee is constantly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. Must possess physical conditioning and stamina to climb heights up to 400 feet and perform physically demanding tasks at such heights. Must be able to frequently climb a ladder and work in an elevated position. On a constant basis, must safely lift, carry and maneuver heavy or awkward objects 100 pounds or more, with or without assistance. Specific vision abilities required include close up, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Full spectrum color vision required.
Must be able to work safely in a field or office environment. Must be adept at working in adverse weather conditions.
Daily travel within the Company's geographical footprint is required.

You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

This entry-level role works under the direction of a Lead Technician and contributes to the efficient and safe build out of communication networks across copper, fiber optic, and wireless systems. The position requires physical labor, basic tool proficiency, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to follow technical instructions in commercial construction and retrofit environments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and route low-voltage cabling (voice, data, video) as directed by Lead Technician or Project Supervisor.
Assist with termination, labeling, testing, and documentation of copper and fiber cable systems.
Safely use hand tools and power tools required for daily tasks (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, cable snips).
Maintain a proper inventory of hand tools, including cable snips, Phillips and flathead screwdrivers, and a torpedo level.
Adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in job hazard analysis (JHA) and safety meetings.
Maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and work areas throughout the workday.
Support delivery, staging, and secure handling of materials and tools on job sites.
Complete administrative and field documentation as required (e.g., time cards, change orders, truck tickets).
Participate in company training programs, which include on-the-job equipment and task training, in-person and classroom safety instruction, and online safety and compliance courses.
Perform general physical tasks including digging, raking, shoveling, lifting, and cable placement overhead and underground.
Conduct basic vehicle and equipment inspections and maintain cleanliness and operational readiness.
Assist in job site security checks and maintenance of yard and storage areas.
Perform other duties as assigned to support installation teams and project schedules.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Utah driver's license and clean driving record required.
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs. and move safely on ladders and in confined spaces.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and Level 3 background check.
Must possess good range of physical motion and ability to lift and install cable overhead.
Ability to travel for out-of-town assignments, including occasional weekends.

This is a doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position, you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. Job Details:
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

JOB SUMMARY

Support deployment of A/V, CCTV, wireless, and access control systems in commercial environments.
Perform advanced cable termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
Interpret and execute work based on construction drawings, specifications, and site documentation.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently while maintaining a required personal tool set that includes cable snips, Phillips and flathead screwdrivers, a torpedo level, a tool pouch, a tone and probe set, a telephone butt set, a punch down tool, a cordless drill, and a continuity/pair tester.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and site-specific safety protocols.

JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Cable Technician is responsible for managing the on-site installation and integration of structured cable systems across a range of commercial and industrial environments. The Lead Technician serves as the primary point of contact at the job site, providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance throughout each phase of the installation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead field installation crews in the deployment, testing, and maintenance of structured cabling infrastructure including copper, fiber optic, coaxial, and wireless systems.
Interpret and execute project blueprints, specifications, and network diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems in accordance with current industry standards, including category-rated copper cabling such as Cat6, Cat6A, and Cat8; single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic cables using the latest connector and splicing techniques; and coaxial and wireless systems to support modern network infrastructure requirements.
Install and support low-voltage systems in compliance with current industry standards, including audio/visual (A/V) infrastructure for conferencing and media distribution, access control systems for secure entry management, and CCTV and surveillance systems for comprehensive security monitoring and recording.
Conduct and document cable testing and verification using industry-standard tools and procedures.
Oversee compliance with BICSI standards, OSHA regulations, and company safety procedures.
Maintain daily job documentation including timecards, change orders, equipment logs, and delivery receipts.
Communicate proactively with project managers, general contractors, site supervisors, and clients to support project milestones.
Supervise and mentor Cable Technicians, providing hands-on training, quality control, and performance feedback.
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence on the job site.
Manage material inventory, tool tracking, and equipment logistics including rentals and returns.
