Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).

Compensation:

Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications:

Professional Experience:
Demonstrated experience of participating in strategic legal technology related projects, and particularly in evaluating and implementing legal tech solutions, in a large law firm or corporate/financial institution legal department or enterprise level, strongly preferred.

In this role, you will become an integral member of the Charlotte Investment Banking Group, joining a dedicated team which provides financial advisory services to Lazard's clients within the industrial software sector as a part of the Technology Group.
Day-to-day activities of Summer Analysts are dependent on your prior experience and abilities, and include: financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, participating in the development of client presentations, and interacting with senior bankers and clients. Assignments fall into a range of categories, including M&A, divestitures, general and strategic advisory, and capital markets. Summer Analysts are expected to spend 9 weeks at the Firm.
