What does the Sales Solutions Architecture Team do?
Sales Solution Architects work in partnership with Solutions Specialists (Sales Representatives) and serve as their technical counterparts in all phases of the sales lifecycle. From evangelizing technologies to demonstrating our feature-rich Cloud Reliability Platform, our job is to help customers figure out and solve their cloud initiatives. We do this by taking a consultative approach in our discovery and assessment phases with the output being solutions that are built with reliability, performance, and security baked-in on top of our Managed Cloud Portfolio. As an integral part of the Solutions Architecture team, you will design systems that are purpose-built and well suited to their target infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
As a Solution Architect you will:
Provide Pre-Sales technical support to the GTM Team to drive revenue and cloud adoption
Conduct full technical discovery and assessment workshops to identify pain points and gather business and technical requirements. This will include Well-Architected Reviews, Migration Readiness Assessments, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, etc.
You will architect client solutions to meet client requirements using a well architected framework methodology
Clearly communicate proposed architectures in the pre-sales cycle for early validation and verification to the internal teams responsible for implementing and providing ongoing support
Be a technology evangelist and educate prospects and customers on the cloud solution that makes the most sense for their business and technology requirements
Interface with Product Marketing and provide feedback for improving product quality and capabilities by leveraging information gathered in field engagements
Collaborate in the creation of technical collateral (e.g. SOWs, HLDs), and help develop sales staff by providing formal training
Produce cost and labor estimates and SOWs for potential projects
Provide thought leadership by speaking at industry events such as trade shows, panels or marketing events as well as publishing blog posts, white papers and participating in case studies
What Technical Attributes We're Looking for In You:
Relevant Industry-leading certification required: AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect - Expert)

Job Description
The Principal Integrated Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for leading the evangelization of the agreed upon cybersecurity architectural principles, standards, and design patterns, and advising engineering teams on how to build secure products and enterprise tools for multi-cloud and on-premises environments. This role is focused on being an integrated member of the product and engineering teams for the most complex and highest revenue products. A separate function defines the architecture guidelines that this role is responsible for advising the teams on how to implement.
This role will be a thought leader and mentor other integrated cybersecurity architects. By having deep cybersecurity knowledge in the design and build of secure software products and tools in both multi-cloud and on-premises environments, this role will lead the implementation of cybersecurity standards and influence direct and cross-functional teams throughout the organization and collaborate cross-functionally to solve cybersecurity risks that are unique to a business unit's risk profile and products.
This role will report directly to a Director of Integrated Cybersecurity Architecture at Cox Automotive.
Primary Responsibilities
Communicate cybersecurity guidelines to engineering teams and business teams and support their adoption of the guidelines. Provide these teams with procedural, process and technical guidelines, insight and advice.
Drive discussion with product and engineering teams on the adoption of cybersecurity guidelines.
Work with portfolio stakeholders to align the architectural direction of the solution's intent.
Serve as the cybersecurity lead on large-scale workload and component development, engage with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding, ongoing communication and alignment of outcome expectations.
Be integrated with and in continuous contact with engineering teams to advise on the cybersecurity risk their architecture decisions and assist with cybersecurity control implementation.
Lead workshops to develop threat models for products and enterprise tools and assist teams in identifying solutions to mitigate against threats.
Offers security guidance for new business and technical projects to ensure compliance with corporate security standards.
Engage with cybersecurity peers to create a cohesive cybersecurity department and share back internally regarding business specific activities. Act as the on the ground cybersecurity security representative to the product and engineering teams.
Participate in security events and incident response to identify gaps in current design and propose solutions to prevent threats from reoccurring.
Educate and mentor software engineers on cybersecurity best practices and standards.
Partner with the legal and security governance, risk and compliance teams to ensure that cybersecurity architecture enables compliance with relevant regulatory and contractual requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 8 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years of experience in a related field; or 14 years' experience in a related field.
At least 7 years focused on cybersecurity.
Relevant experience with designing, securing, or operating AWS infrastructure and services.
Clearly articulate the objective of specific cybersecurity policies and procedures to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience utilizing Agile methodologies.

This position will be responsible for ensuring understanding of our product, its capabilities, and our roadmap for implementation and applications. This position will allow you to use your skills and knowledge in the areas of emerging technology, military program knowledge, cyber security, and much more. The ability in this position to merge these skills and knowledge with presentations and communication is another aspect of the role. Travel to customers, and potential customers, on-site presentations, and demonstrations of ZKX products and usage are key components to the success. Lead outreach, education, and development of customer prospects across various markets.
Act as the primary point of contact for active customers and customer prospects as the subject matter expert for product demos, architecture planning, product deployment, and implementation of desired workflows.
Attend in-person industry events, expos, and customer visits with ZKX Sales and/or the CTO to help develop ZKX business.
Leverage experience to help develop ZKX Strategy, including product strategy, go-to-market launch points, architecture validation, product messaging, and product demonstration design and execution.
Derive customer requirements from primary and secondary market research, customer engagements, and industry events.
Develop and maintain relationships with active customers, customer prospects, and strategic partners.
Attend customer events and projects on an as-needed basis.
Serve as the de facto subject matter expert for disruptive and innovative MFA software product based on zero-knowledge proofs across several market verticals, including: Commercial SMB IT, Government, and Operational Technology / Infrastructure networks.
Assist the BD Team with closing opportunities and growing revenue
Knowledge & Skills That Are Preferred to Fulfill the Essential Functions
Knowledge
AAS or BS in a related technical discipline and 3-6 years of relevant experience OR similar level advanced knowledge through industry certification or military program of study and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Working knowledge of digital identity and access control workflows.
Working knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication techniques.
Basic knowledge of zero-trust network security.
Working knowledge of Web Application Firewall security models.
Expert proficiency in C++, LDAP, SAML, RADIUS, and other common identity access management protocols.
Working knowledge of common MFA solutions like Duo, Okta, Microsoft Authenticator, etc..
Basic knowledge of virtualization/hypervisors.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams).
Working knowledge of new product sales cycles and customer management
Demonstrated expertise in Identity Access Management, On-Premise security architectures, and cybersecurity software sales and lifecycle management.
Working knowledge of or experience in a software technology firm, software development house or security software management
Strong ability to assess and assume risk for various strategic priorities
Excellent, demonstratable presentation skills with an ability to ‘translate' technological terms into consumable presentations

Special Working Conditions
Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
Must be prepared to travel 40% annually.
May require extended work hours to meet project or customer requirements.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.
Will be required to support trade shows which will involve some manual labor for booth/equipment setup and tear down. The ability to carry up to 25 pounds is required for this role.
Will be required to support demonstrations and site surveys at customer locations. Customer locations will vary including environmental (indoors and outdoors), building conditions, etc. The activities may require the ability to repeatedly kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, lift, etc.

We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Access Technologies including PON and Carrier Ethernet to support the Nordic Sales Team and drive technical excellence in customer engagements. Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the technical expert for mainly Access networking solutions, supporting sales initiatives and strategic accounts. Optical networking
