The Sales and Service Expert (SSE) delivers an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members through a compelling approach of offering membership, fitness and retail products and services. The SSE builds relationships and translates the value of 24 Hour Fitness product and service offerings, and has a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention. The SSE delivers successful guest and member engagement, and attainment of sales revenue goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Guest Experience and New Member On-boarding
Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and passionately relate how 24 Hour Fitness's products/services will satisfy their fitness needs.
Tours potential members through the club and describes the facility, equipment, services and amenities that directly tie back to their individual fitness needs and goals. Ensures all guests are registered through the digital kiosk.
Communicates membership and fitness offers in a clear and concise manner using Company provided presentation tools.
Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using Company sales techniques and protocol.
Adheres to specific Membership Agreement Procedures (MAP) when enrolling members and guests.
On-boards new members successfully and assist with all member retention activities in order to drive club profitability.
Consistently achieves or exceed personal and team sales goals.
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Obtains leads externally from within the community using company provided tools/programs. (i.e. Community outreach/Local Promotions, Corporate Sales on-sites).
Generates leads/new business internally through member promotions, referrals, the dissemination of guest passes, and contacting leads generated via phone.
Responsible for effectively setting appointments for all leads and potential new business opportunities.
Communicates and promotes local and global marketing campaigns to leads and members.
Manages and follows up on leads/new business by using a Lead Management System.
Executes daily planner to track and plan for successful lead management and selling activities.
Consistently achieve or exceed personal productivity goals.
Member Experience
Partners with Sales and Service Manager (SSM) to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention.
Ensures members receive a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to their needs.
Engages members with various fitness offerings including personal training, group exercise classes and 24GO digital content.
Maintains name relationships with members and serving as a resource for their questions or concerns, and putting them in touch with the right 24 Hour Fitness resources as appropriate.
Provides a clean, friendly, well-maintained club to members and guests and
Helps new members become comfortable in the club.
VARIABLE COMPENSATION:
Team Members in this role are eligible to participate in 24 Hour Fitness's Fitness Sales and Membership Sales Commission Plans. These plans reward exceptional service, incentivize success, and empower earning potential by aligning pay with your contributions.
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to the Sales and Service Manager. Communicates and interacts with club members, prospective members and outside/third party vendors. This position does not have any direct reports.

About the Role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for building Archer Review's top-of-funnel pipeline by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective institutional partners. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and lead qualification across medical schools, nursing schools, and PA programs, working closely with Sales Directors in a collaborative, team-based model.

What you'll do
Proactively research and identify prospective institutional partners within assigned territories and segments.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations to assess fit, needs, and timing.

Under the direction of the Administrator of CHINS, the Court Services Representative is responsible for facilitating, scheduling, and executing essential functions of the Family Relations Division, in particular the intake and resolution of domestic relations, adoption and Children in Need of Services (CHINS) abuse/neglect cases. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for receiving pleadings and issuing court orders as authorized by the Judge on domestic relations and adoption cases.
Reviews adoption cases for accuracy and completeness of paperwork to ensure that files are ready for final hearing.
Enters orders related to cases filed in the Family Relations Division, including findings, notices, letters and related correspondence into statewide software applications.
Responsible for conducting abuse and neglect case facilitations in compliance with local trial rules and in coordination with initial and dispositional hearing schedules.
Coordinates Alternative Dispute Resolution services in Domestic Relations cases, including the development and maintenance of the court's civil arbitration program.

Our sales team is highly collaborative and works together towards a common goal. The Sales Associate would work out of our The Reserve at Lake Conroe, located in Willis, TX.
Your job will include:
Selling, processing, and closing homes in accordance with company business plans.
Showing homes and highlighting the features and benefits of the homes and the community. Approximately 85% of your time will be spent showing homes.
Adhering to the company's selling philosophy when serving our customers while utilizing all selling and organizational tools provided to include accompanying them through model homes, undecorated models (which may be at various stages of construction), and/or available homesites.
Providing timely and consistent follow-through with current customers from initial contact to after closing. Records must be maintained of all communication.
Developing an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, local community, sales, advertising, and demographics.
Monitoring and recording daily customer traffic utilizing company designated tracking tools and sending “Thank You” notes to all potential customers along with continued follow up.
Accomplishing required administrative tasks accurately, expertly, and in a timely manner, while handling priorities.
Creating sales agreements which may include calculation of sales tax and monthly payment plans as well as running credit checks.
Attending regular rally meetings to review sales and marketing strategies.
Meeting with residents and buyers to list and sell homes and keeping a database of available homes for sale.
Collaborating with the Community Manager, Regional Sales Manager and/or Regional Manager to develop the community sales and marketing plans.
Participating in regional call campaigns and community events.
As part of community outreach, building strong resident relations with ongoing communications and an all-encompassing attitude of courteous, respect, and customer service to self-generate sales.
