Breyer of the United States Supreme Court. In 2006, Andy was named one of Peoria's 40 Leaders Under 40 by Interbusiness Issues magazine and in 2007 he was recognized as the 2007 Volunteer Lawyer of the Year by the Peoria County Bar Association and Prairie State Legal Services.
