What Will You Do?
Based on direction from Supervisor, plans and sets daily and weekly objectives for production team members to ensure smooth workflow, quality production and on-time delivery. Your Experience Should Be...
Prior manufacturing experience
Prior leadership experience
If a Chart employee, must have been employed with Chart for a minimum of 6 months.
2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to professionally interact with all employees, customers, vendors, and visitors

Ability to conduct himself/herself in a considerate, professional, cooperative and helpful manner toward fellow employees, customers, vendors and visitors
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Basic proficiency in shop math skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with Syteline or other ERP system preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred technical/vocational degree
