Ensure the highest level of guest services are present in all units. This is to include a monthly training with front and back of the house personnel. Initiates corrective and improvement actions as needed or upon the direction of the director. Responsible for accurate reporting. Work Environment This job operates in a health care setting as well as within the community. This role requires regular walking to various locations around the building.
