As the President and Chief Executive Officer of FLM Harvest, Laurie Fleck leads more than 90+ talented team members in servicing clients of the agriculture, food and lifestyle sectors. FLM Harvest is a strategic consulting, marketing and communications agency that helps set strategy, align teams, frame opinions and create demand to deliver far-reaching results.

Laurie joined the agency in 2011. Prior to her position as CEO, Laurie served as FLM Harvest’s Chief Operating Officer for two years. She previously led internal communications for Syngenta Seeds NA. With more than 25 years of experience in communications and marketing, she offers expertise in branding, go to market, business strategy, employee engagement and product launches. Her agri-marketing experience spans across the animal health, broadacre row crops, tree, fruit, vegetable, lawn care, finance and equipment sectors.

Laurie is an Iowa State graduate who leads with vision and passion while remaining focused on brand values. She is also involved with Women in Agribusiness and the National Agri-Marketing Association.

Senior marketing and communications leader (journalism/agency/corporate) with a rich track record of developing communications solutions that solve business problems; launching, stabilizing and growing departments and practice areas; and consistently delivering top-shelf work. Steeped in working in highly regulated industries and business environments (EPA, FDA, USDA, FTC). Driven by a philosophy that strategy is the first thing and results are everything.

Steve Zabka is a Chief Operating Officer at FLM Harvest and is based in Minnesota. He has worked as Vice President Technical Operations at Adayana, Senior Product Manager at AgriBank FCB, and Sr Vice President at FLM Harvest. Steve attended University of St. Thomas between 1977 and 1981.
