Base Pay
This role has a minimum base pay from $15.80 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.
PURPOSE This position is responsible for designing, building and maintaining store product displays. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
THE FUNCTION FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures.
Builder is expected to create 20 - 25 displays per week.
Work with the Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials
Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
Demonstrated ability to abide by and exhibit proactive adherence to all safety regulations and policies

The Physical Inventory Lead helps keep inventory accurate and ensures inventory processes follow company policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Returns & Reconciliation Operations:
* Oversee route reconciliation from prior day's deliveries, using POD and exception reporting.
* Check in all product returns and ensure proper handling per SOPs (wrapping, condition reports, etc.).
* Manage Return Authorizations (RAs), including creating them or contacting Customer Service when needed.
* Log and track RAs in the daily TRL, maintain accurate Return Placards, and update the Returns Manifest.
* Coordinate return trailer schedules with the Transportation team.
* Work with inventory team to ensure timely invoicing for exchanges and cancellation processing in Storis.
* Review and process markouts.
* Oversee piece disposition, including submission of destruction documentation and photos.
* Conduct dock searches as requested and ensure timely completion.
* Partner with claims administration to resolve missing product claims efficiently.
Physical Inventory & Audit Execution (Retail & 3PL):
* Conduct scheduled and cycle physical inventories across both retail store and 3PL hub locations (in-person and remote).

About the Role

Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and grow the B2B client base and strategic sales pipeline. You will leverage and build relationships, facilitate project-based solutions and work with the cross-functional team to close large volume orders across all WSI Brands.
* Provide focus and leadership to regional markets. Develop and execute sales plans with direct reports to drive incremental sales growth (in the field and remotely).
* Promote WSI products and services to prospective and existing Business to Business clients through a variety of outreach opportunities to include telephone contacts, office and site visits, in-store events, and tradeshows.
* Leverage existing relationships with top A&D firms, developers, owner/operators and end users to drive large volume sales and manage both existing and new project opportunities.
* Work closely with the territory teams and Regional VP of Sales, conducting continuous follow-up on outstanding quotes and identifying new opportunities to generate additional sales.
* Effectively represent WSI through outstanding product knowledge and outstanding service. Partner with the care center support teams and corporate office partners as needed to ensure best-in-class service is being provided.
* Develop and execute high level strategic business plan/sales strategy for driving sales growth across all brands.

Your Role

Your Role
As an Alterations Manager you are responsible for customer service, associate development and product knowledge. You will develop of the skills of the alterations associates and manage the Alterations Department in the store. You will work on-site and report to the Senior Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
Ensure alterations customers receive a consistently superior shopping experience and receive high-quality alterations within the stated time frame.
Supervise the duties of all alterations associates
Assist alterations department by sewing, steaming, pressing and spot cleaning merchandise.
Ensure fitting and sewing are performed to Neiman Marcus standards
Allocate the garments on the work line to the alterations specialists as needed to maintain maximum productivity
Ensure new alterations specialists are trained to Neiman Marcus techniques and standards
Support the education of the consultants and management in garment fit (silhouette training) and proper selection, steaming, pressing, and spot cleaning
Generate alterations revenue by scheduling appointments to meet sales goals • Ensure all alterations policies and procedures are followed, including the Neiman Marcus price lists for all alterations.
Ensure all administrative duties are executed in a timely manner, including the completion and submission of required paperwork and data entry.
