    Job Objectives: The Behavior Technician will support program staff (teachers and paraprofessionals) and students with behavioral needs and educational programming. The Behavior Technician will assist with the implementation of the behavior plans developed by building teachers and by the assigned Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Job Summary: The Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families.
