H. Charles Maddy, III has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 1993 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Summit’s banking subsidiary, Summit Community Bank, since 1993. Mr. Maddy has served as Chairman of Summit Community Bank since September, 2010, and Co-Chairman from 2007 to September, 2010. Mr. Maddy is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and has served in this capacity since 1994.
