Sales Support Specialist Requirements: 5+ years in customer service, inside sales, or sales support within a manufacturing or B2B environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel). Experience using HubSpot (SAGE 100 experience is a plus). Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
