Core Responsibilities:
Conduct high-level data analysis to support decision-making processes. Prepare reports and presentations based on data findings.
Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of smaller projects within the Technology division.
Recurring Tasks Oversight: Monitor and ensure the completion of recurring tasks within the division, maintaining a schedule and tracking progress.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Technology division and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, projects, and contracts.
Required Skills and Technology Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Proficiency with MS Teams, MS Planner, To Do, SharePoint.
Knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with asset management industry practices and standards.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
Ability to conduct high-level data analysis and present findings clearly.
Proficient project management skills.
Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a technology or asset management firm.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
1-2 years relevant experience.

Summary: Our client is seeking an SAP Operation Support Engineer to support SAP S/4, key Base Operations systems, and broader IT infrastructure initiatives. This role focuses on SAP data accuracy, system configuration, operational improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance vehicle and production operations. You will also assist with analytics tools, documentation systems, and general IT application support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in SAP S/4 and system operations, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex data and processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
SAP Support & Data Management
- Serve as the SAP data steward: maintain vehicle lists, equipment structures, work centers, measuring points, counters, task lists, maintenance plans, and catalog codes.
- Partner with the Business Applications team on As-Maintained BOM cleanup and resolving data inaccuracies.
- Provide configuration management support in SAP for Base Operations ahead of key milestones.
- Lead SAP improvement and automation initiatives and evaluate user experience to drive usability enhancements.
- Act as the primary SAP subject-matter expert, handling troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support.
- Work with internal training teams to create module-specific SAP training for BaseOps users.
Systems, Infrastructure & IT Application Support
- Provide general IT application support for Base Operations systems and advocate operational needs with Corporate IT.
- Lead IT infrastructure and application improvement projects informed by data insights and user feedback.
- Support development, maintenance, and operations of technical publications tools, release software, and customer-facing documentation systems.

In this role, you'll ensure all Windows-based endpoints are secure, compliant with Circle's regulatory requirements, and proactively monitored and managed. You'll help shape scalable and resilient endpoint solutions that support a secure and seamless employee experience.
What you'll work on:
Manage and evolve Windows endpoint infrastructure and related services in a cloud-native, AWS-hosted environment.
Lead implementation and administration of Microsoft Intune or other MDM platforms to enforce device compliance and security.
Ensure endpoint configurations align with industry standards and Circle's regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.
Develop monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect issues and improve endpoint reliability and performance.
Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and IT Operations to drive policies around patching, encryption, access, and threat mitigation.
Automate routine endpoint management tasks using scripting or orchestration tools to improve IT operational efficiency.
Provide technical leadership on endpoint-related incidents and root cause analysis, and mentor junior team members on best practices.
What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
7+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows environments, including Group Policy and Active Directory.
Hands-on experience administering MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Windows security hardening, patching, and compliance in regulated environments.
Experience managing Windows services and infrastructure within AWS or other cloud platforms.
Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting languages for automation and system administration.
Experience integrating on-prem or cloud-hosted directory services with Okta as the source of truth for identity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools or Windows Defender for Endpoint.
Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and modern identity frameworks like Azure AD.
Prior experience in a fintech, crypto, or other highly regulated technology environment.
