I am a senior executive with board-level responsibilities in large, publicly-traded companies across multiple industries. As a CIO with business operations roots, I have managed IT strategically & cost-efficiently for numerous global companies by making deliberate business decisions about technology acquisitions, building IT roadmaps to business ends, and assembling & focusing highly motivated teams.

My cross-functional career spanning many organizations has afforded me a “helicopter view” of the enterprise seldom experienced by other executives:

★ I have served on the management boards of several international companies, and on the boards of directors of non-profit organizations

★ I progressed through various operational responsibilities, including running worldwide operations for one of the world’s largest makers of promotional products.

★ Working and living on different continents offered me a unique international experience in building and motivating large multinational teams, and managing offshore operations and partners.

★ Consulting gave me exposure to a diverse pool of industries that allowed me to broaden my cross-enterprise perspective while helping organizations derive value from IT resources and operational efficiency.

I thrive on transformational initiatives, extracting operational efficiencies, re-energizing under-performing teams, and leading IT through disruptive, expanding environments, especially where globalization and integration are contributing factors. Brian Greenberg is a technology and product leader, Forbes contributor, and member of the Forbes Technology Council. He lives in Chicago and has been working at companies of all sizes, from the Fortune 100 to startups, with extensive international experience in EMEA, including; Japan, Belgium, Egypt, and Indonesia.

In addition to being part of the Adjunct Faculty in the College of Computing and Digital Media at DePaul University, Brian is an award-winning CIO & CTO, considered a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and visionary leader, accomplished at strategic planning, process improvement, product development, and reengineering of key business processes. Donald Naglich is a Partner. CIO. CISO at Fortium Partners and Corporate Director of Information Technology at Franciscan Ministries Inc and is based in Lemont, Illinois. He has worked as Director Engineering at Convergence Technologies Inc.; Director, Technology Infrastructure at UHC; and Director IS Operations at Neurosource. Donald attended Calumet College of St. Joseph between 1981 and 1985.

Doug brings over 25 years of technology industry leadership experience coupled with hands-on agile transformation guidance to his client engagements. He’s primarily focused on interim C-level engagements, global Agile transformations, and IT regulatory advisory services to accelerate growth or turn around operations. Doug is also helping clients build and train high performance product development teams across the enterprise, as well as provide due diligence and transaction support for investors and portfolio companies. An expert in Agile processes that can transform a technology business, his experience along with the rest of the team can help client companies map effective strategies that will create sustainable competitive advantage, accelerate growth and ultimately achieve their goals. Gary studied at California State University Long Beach between 1983 and 1987 and Feld Leadership Institute between 2018 and 2018.

I am a technology-focused business leader with over 15 years of experience building teams, defining and executing strategy, and delivering SaaS platforms within highly-regulated, mission-critical, and high-visibility industries. Over my career I have driven product development and launches to Fortune 500 clients and millions of users in B2B, B2C, and B2G markets. I ensure that the right product gets built the right way (in the right amount of time), and have been trusted to make the hard choices that go along with running scrappy startups. I love the challenge of taking on the big hairy goals - technological, organizational, or social - and bringing order to the chaos that usually comes while pursuing them! My passion is in leading great teams to achieve incredible outcomes, and I specialize in conceptualizing, evangelizing, selling, building, deploying, and running SaaS products and web apps in regulated, quality-critical, and high-security industries. I've been successful in aerospace and defense, intelligence, logistics, supply chain, legal services, and elections, and am looking forward to figuring out and conquering another industry! :)I have also presented on election and tech topics at conferences like SXSW and to government leaders. Outside of work I enjoy travel, skiing, and collecting whiskey. I earned a BS in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College.
