Herz started in this role at the inception of the Company in October of 2013. Prior to FourPoint, Herz was Chief Financial Officer of the three previous Cordillera Energy Partners’ franchises. He was part of the team to successfully capitalize FourPoint, Cordillera II and III and also played key roles in the successful sales of the Cordillera businesses.

Herz joined the Cordillera team in 2001 after having served as the Assistant Controller of Apache Corporation since 1995. He worked in various accounting roles at Apache prior to becoming the Assistant Controller and was employed by Apache for 12 years. Prior to Apache, Herz was a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. Herz is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BS Degree in Accounting in 1985.
