What You Will Do
* Perform component diagnostic replacement and repairs on, but not limited to: Crushers, overlaying conveyor systems, ball mills, auto mills, screen decks, lube systems, compressors, filter drums, hydraulic filter presses, foundry pumps and lubrication systems.
* Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance: identify potential failures/ noises / wear on agitators, rotors, belts, pulleys, and gear boxes.
* Prioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed.
* Perform welding (Stick, Tig).
* Train and mentor other employees.
* May operate equipment such as: forklifts, overhead cranes, pneumatic air tools, and small mobile equipment.
* Act as a Fill-in Supervisor as needed.
* Perform other duties as required.
What You Bring To Freeport
* Two (2) years' experience in mechanical/maintenance crafts (including welder, boilermaker, machinist or facility maintenance/construction) or a combination of education and experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance.
* Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required mechanical aptitude.
* FPM Diagnostic Mechanic I: The selected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and technical skills while achieving 35% score on a written assessment where required. This exam is based on technical skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; as well as safety. Must be able to demonstrate proficient basic welding skills.
* Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures in English.
* Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards.
* Ability read and use schematics and blueprints.
* Time management skills.

The Production Mechanic II is responsible for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and maintenance of production equipment. This role is to troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and processing equipment and ensure maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Maintains and repairs industrial production and processing machinery.
Repairs, installs, and adjusts industrial machinery such as unscramblers, fillers, cappers, labelers, bundlers, heat tunnels, pulverizers, blenders, powder presses, conveyors, lasers, ink printers, labelers, cartoners and other production equipment.
Troubleshoots and repairs pneumatic switches, valves, and cylinders.
Assists in the diagnosis and repair of gear boxes, bearings, and conveyor system problems.
Optimizes line layout to reduce labor and increase line output.
Engineers ergonomic work stations to reduce potential for employee repetitive motion injury.
Performs routine preventive maintenance.
Installs and connects air, electrical, and required energy sources for new production line installation and relocation.
Responds to work order requests in a timely fashion.
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Lock Out/Tag Out/Try Out (LOTOTO) (ensuring machinery is off before performing maintenance or repair), hot work, confined spaces work, use of powered industrial machines, etc.
Sets up, diagnoses, and repairs high speed filling machines.
Trouble shoots electrical (relay logic PLCs), general building electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
Qualifications
Technical Skills Required
Proficiency in industrial safety policies, risk reduction, OSHA and potential stored energy risks involved when working with equipment.
Proficient mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read, understand and collaborate on building/system drawings.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision, as well as good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Proficient controls/integration troubleshooting and routine maintenance skills.
Proficiency in welding and machine shop work.

In the role of a Licensed Elevator Mechanic working at the Coors Brewery in Golden, Colorado, you will be part of the Plant Technical Services Team. Our technical services team is the lifeblood that keeps our brewery going. You will be responsible for playing an important role in reviewing and interpreting electrical circuit diagrams for the maintenance and safe operation of conveyance equipment including passenger & freight elevators, continuous belt manlifts, pallet lifts & special purpose elevators.
This role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to a three-year repayment agreement.
This position reports to our Senior Process leaders and works closely with our teams in brewing, warehouse and packaging.
What You'll Be Brewing:
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain the various types of automation elevators, including drum, hydraulic and traction machines
Maintain and service associated operation equipment such as controllers, selectors, generators, cab and hatch doors, controls and safety equipment
Work at unusual heights from the top of the elevator cab and in hoist way.
Perform inspections and make repairs on equipment or systems as required by MillerCoors practices and/or local ordinances.
Review and interpret electrical circuit diagrams for the maintenance and safe operation of conveyance equipment including passenger & freight elevators, continuous belt manlifts, pallet lifts & special purpose elevators
Key Ingredients:

As a Factory Service Center Aircraft Maintenance Technician you will work from an assigned Factory Service Center performing aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modifications and repairs along with a variety of diagnostic and mechanical duties as assigned. All work will be performed and documented in compliance with / reference to the appropriate technical data including manuals, standard operating procedures and regulations as required. Working conditions include occasional travel and semi - frequent face to face contact with Owners and Operators.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Adhere to Cirrus Aircraft Standard Operating Procedures
Cirrus training requirements
Complete 100% Cirrus CBT Training (within 90 days)
Complete 100% Cirrus University training (as directed)
25% proficient on core task lists SR & SF (up to 36 months)
Comply with environmental health / safety policies and procedures
Maintain the highest levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance while representing Cirrus Aircraft.
Observe & maintain all requirements & criteria set forth by the Cirrus Part 145 Repair Station Manual.
Read and understand maintenance manuals and other technical documents and identify repair procedure
Perform mission critical repairs, troubleshooting & return to service work on AOG aircraft in the field IAW FAA regulations & all applicable technical data
Review and research aircraft records
Evaluate & interpret aircraft data
Diagnose mechanical / electrical systems
Utilize proper diagnostic / test equipment
Inspect replacement aircraft parts for defects
Replace defective parts using approved tooling
Assemble aircraft components & perform required measurement and testing / adjustments
Install / load system software and databases
Inspect complete work for compliance and performance standards
Assist, support and participate in Factory Service Center indirect activities such as moving aircraft, shop projects, and continuous improvement projects as assigned.

Education Requirement(s):
High school diploma or GED
AMT or 2 year education preferred
Experience Requirement(s):
0-4 years' proven aircraft maintenance experience
Certification Requirement(s):
Must have CFR part 65 Certification - Repairmen or A&P
License Requirement(s):
FAA Airframe & Powerplant
Valid State Drivers License
Ability to obtain an Airport Security Badge

**Description**
Highly skilled mechanic who safely perform diagnostic, maintenance and repair of pump systems and associated equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and perform the removal, repair and installation of pumps, pipelines, fire water systems, interceptor wells, potable water systems, hydraulic systems and their associated parts.
+ Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance on pumping systems by checking bearings "grease and purge", motor temp, coupling temp, adjusting packing, checking for visual and vibration signs of breakdown ext.
+ Prioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed.
+ Responsible for maintaining work orders and performing work area inspections.
+ Train and mentor other employees.
+ Perform advanced welding (Stick, Mig, Intershield, Drisco Fusion) and fabrication of brackets, headers and other related components.
+ May operate equipment such as: trucks, bobcats, forklifts, mobile cranes, backhoes, loaders, road graders, and small mobile equipment.
+ Act as a Fill-in Supervisor as required.
+ Perform other duties as required.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements:
+ Two (2) years' experience in mechanical/maintenance crafts (including welder, boilermaker, machinist or facility maintenance/construction) or a combination of education and experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance.
+ Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required mechanical aptitude.
+ Valid Driver's License
+ FPM Diagnostic Mechanic I: The selected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and technical skills while achieving 35% score on a written assessment where required. This exam is based on technical skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; as well as safety. Must be able to demonstrate proficient basic welding skills.
+ Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures in English
+ Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
+ Knowledge of APP inspections
+ Ability to prioritize repairs and possess excellent decision-making skills
+ Ability to troubleshoot machine systems
+ Ability to work and effectively communicate with others in a team environment
+ Must be proficient in multiple types of welding, fabrication and layout
+ Knowledge of blue stake process
