Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
5+ years of ServiceTechnician experience required
ASE Certification required
A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment

Basic computer skills

Compensation:
Starting hiring range: $27.20 - $35.75. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicetechnician or related role.
Certified to work on petroleum equipment, or ability to obtain certifications within 3 months of hire date.
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in building and mechanical trades work.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Assist in painting both interior and exterior surfaces
Maintains Incident and Injury Free safety culture by following all AvalonBay safety policies and procedures and reporting any unsafe behavior or conditions including nonfunctioning equipment.
Performs Hot Works including brazing, soldering, and welding within AvalonBay's Standards.
You Have:
2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including knowledge surrounding HVAC repair, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance repair work.
A valid driver's license.
Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team each month.
Ability to communicate with our associates and residents in order to provide customer service.
Ability to read and understand policies and procedures including but not limited to Key Control Policy, Apartment Home Turnover Policy and all Maintenance Emergency policies and procedures.
Ability to identify cleaning and chemical supplies, ability to read and understand Hazard Communication Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ability to understand proper applications of chemicals and general cleaning supplies and ability to frequently handle these products.
Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ability to use properly.
Basic understanding of emergency systems, shutoffs, locations and sequence of operations.
Demonstrates knowledge of paint types and paint tools

JOB SUMMARY
A ServiceTechnician is the front line and point person for our brand to the rider and encourages successful, profitable retail by taking their technical expertise to the next level as a driver of outstanding in store brand experiences. Key Job Responsibilities

Rogers Group Inc is seeking a skilled candidate to fill our position as a Plant Maintenance Technician in Bronte, Texas. The successful candidates for this role should be an experienced stick welder, millwright or maintenance person who can maintain and repair plant operations including working with crushers, conveyors and screens. The job may also include general work around the quarry operation and other duties as assigned. Hours of operation must be flexible and will require weekend work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience is required.
Experience working with crushers, conveyors and screens is preferred but not required.
Install, repairs, and maintains mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment to ensure it runs efficiently.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance, diagnose and fix malfunctions
Experience in fabricating, cutting, and stick welding is required.
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, direction, and work planning for plant maintenance, fabrication, and heavy repair projects.
Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with service department policies and procedure.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including, engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

Qualifications:
