Wipe down door handles two times a day.

Ensure office supplies are stocked and inventory is checked monthly.
Sort mail and distribute.
Assist with accounts payable entering all incoming bills into QuickBooks and handing out for approvals.
Responsible for sending out all mail/ checks.
Ensuring all filing is done on a weekly basis.
