JOB SUMMARY
Performs highly responsible clerical activities in the Records and Elections Department. Work as in-house expert in a specific area, such as the Board of Property Tax Appeals, Records Center, Domestic Partner Registry, Marriage Licenses, Dog Licenses, Voter Registration, reviewing U.S. Passport Applications, department meeting minutes, voter and election assistance, as well as other department functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
* Associates or 2 year technical degree in a related field; and
* 4 years of experience in complex clerical and office administration, legal document processing, assessment or record management of real property, archive processing, or closely related and transferrable skills.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous dental office experience preferred but not required
