To do a considerable amount of typing To work longer shifts when designated, if the need arises PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS: To work in stressful situations, such as busy open skates and the first days of registration To work alone on any shift as the occasion arises To work a varied schedule as required To work with staff and patrons in a relaxed and friendly manner To use good judgment in the absence of supervision ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS: Worker may be exposed to cold in the rink area Worker may be exposed to quick changes in temperature from lobby to rink COGNITIVE CONSIDERATIONS: Employee must have the ability to follow and give directions Employee must use good judgment to assess order and importance of tasks Employee must possess time management and organization skills to effectively perform his/her job Employee must have ability to make judgments with respect to confidentiality of information and problem solving Employee must use good safety awareness and judgment in all aspects of this position Must have ability to support and work toward the Mission Statement and Goals and Objectives of the Oak Lawn Park District.
