The essential duties and responsibilities include: Receive and respond to resident phone calls; redirect as appropriate, Greet all guests with a warm smile and a positive attitude, assisting them with questions and directing them to the appropriate team members as needed, Assist with checking residents in, as necessary, to utilize the fitness center and pool.
