John D. Orr is a banking executive, lawyer, entrepreneur and investment professional. Mr. Orr is the Chief Executive Officer of FutureVault Inc. Mr. Orr is a significant investor in the Company and serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Orr has over 25 years of financial services experience. He currently serves as an advisor to the Arena Group, the Kessler Group, G2 Investment Group and Applied Data Finance and is Founder of Orr Capital Management. He is also Co-Chair of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health's Corporate Cabinet.

Mr. Orr spent the majority of his career at CIBC, serving in the most senior leadership positions across the bank. His most recent role was as Executive Vice President responsible for the group's strategy and corporate development functions and its merchant banking business. Previously, he served as a Managing Director in its investment bank, Head of CIBC's International Retail Banking operations and as the Chief Executive Officer of two subsidiary banks: Amicus Bank, offering the President’s Choice Financial product suite, and FirstCaribbean International Bank.

Prior to his career in banking, Mr. Orr practiced law in Toronto, specializing in Corporate Securities, and is a member of Law Society of Upper Canada. Mr. Orr received a BA Economics and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario and a law degree from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Nevin Markwart is a General Partner at Ethos Angel Investment Inc., Early Stage Company Mentor at Canadian Mentoring Service - Consulate General of Canada, and Chief Information Security Officer at FutureVault and is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She has worked as Head of Canadian Equities at Fidelity Investments, President and CEO at Canoe Financial, and President and CEO at FRONT STREET FLOW-THROUGH 20. Nevin studied at Northeastern University between 1993 and 1994 and Brown University between 2017 and 2019.
