The Warehouse Project Coordinator is a hands-on, detail-driven role at the intersection of warehouse operations, project coordination, and light construction. This position supports the planning, setup, inspection, and return of client-owned properties. Responsibilities span from interpreting CAD drawings and graphic elevations to managing high-value inventory and collaborating across departments using digital tools.
Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of client-owned assets.
o Reconcile items during outbound shipment and upon return.
o Inspect all properties for damage or wear, document findings, and initiate repair or replacement processes.
o Ensure all items are properly cleaned, organized, and stored according to company and client standards.
• Project Coordination & Execution:
o Interpret pick lists in conjunction with CAD drawings, service layouts, and graphics elevations.
o Assist in staging and test-fitting.
o Identify discrepancies in graphic dimensions, hardware selection, and structural feasibility.
o Coordinate across departments (design, graphics, project management) to resolve issues preemptively.
• Light Construction & Technical Setup:
o Use basic tools to build, modify, or troubleshoot.
o Verify that setups match technical drawings and can be efficiently installed on-site.
• Packing & Property Protection:
o Safely pack properties of varying sizes and shapes to ensure secure transit.
o Apply proper materials, padding, and crating methods to minimize risk of damage during shipping.
o Verify that all items are labeled, documented, and prepared according to shipping and company requirements.
• Technology & Communication:
o Use project management software to track tasks, timelines, and asset status.
o Maintain active communication via Microsoft Teams, email, and project management platforms across multiple departments.
o Document setup processes and share learnings to support continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities:**
The CPEP Clinical Evaluator provides a key function in the CPEP patient evaluation, intervention and disposition decision-making process for patients presenting across the entire range of 5 years old and above in acute psychiatric or behavioral health crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The CPEP Clinical Evaluator acts as the subject matter expert in the clinic. This position conducts an initial evaluation of the patient's presentation including in person evaluation of the patient and clinical risk assessment, collateral information and review of current/percent history of clinical presentations/services. The clinical evaluator also provides crisis intervention and clinical support as indicated to the patient, and in the case of pediatric patients, their parent(s) or guardian, during the course of the evaluation in collaboration with the CPEP physician and CPEP Nursing staff. The Clinical Evaluator documents their evaluation and assessments in ASAP and presents the patients current status, recent history and collateral information to the CPEP psychiatrist who uses that information in conducting their own psychiatric evaluation and medical decision-making regarding disposition, Clinical Evaluator functions include identification and intervention around individual and systemic barriers to discharge; collaboration with other agencies, services, community providers as needed towards achieving discharge; notification and involvement of administrative personnel as needed to achieve a safe discharge.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
+ Conducts comprehensive clinical evaluation and risk assessments, including obtaining collateral information and review of recent clinical history for patients across the age spectrum as assigned who present to the CPEP in crisis. Provides assessment and intervention services to children and adults suspected of being victims of abuse, neglect or domestic violence in line with program and hospital policy and procedure
+ Provides clinical crisis interventions to patients across the age span who present to CPEP in a wide range of psychosocial crisis. Collaborates with CPEP nursing staff as indicated to maintain patient safety and support stabilization of acute symptoms during the course of the CPEP evaluation process.
+ Acts as subject matter expert for the clinic by formulating an initial proposal for disposition (Psych Inpatient, EOB, discharge with follow up and supports)
+ Documents their clinical evaluation, risk assessments, collateral information and summary of recent clinical history in eRecord
+ Presents their findings from their clinical evaluation, risk assessments, collateral information, recent clinical history, responses to interventions to date and initial formulation for next steps to the CPEP psychiatrist. The CPEP psychiatrist will utilize this information in conducting their psychiatric evaluation of the patient face to face and interactions with family in making decisions about appropriate disposition.
+ With latitude for clinical judgement and knowledge / understanding of CPEP regulations regarding discharges for CPEP; directs, develops, and facilitates discharge planning from CPEP for those patients who are evaluated as not in in need of acute psychiatric inpatient admission to inpatient or admission to the CPEP Extended Observation Beds. Problem-solving barriers to patient care, assigning tasks to CPEP Clinical Staff as needed. Engages CASAC, Peer Specialist or other members of the CPEP interdisciplinary clinical team in the assessment and intervention to achieve a safe discharge.
+ Includes safety planning with patient/family, making referral for outpatient follow-up or securing outpatient follow up as indicated and available.
**MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
+ Master's degree from a Counsel of Accreditation of Counseling and Related Education Programs (CACREP) accredited program with major course work in mental health counseling or master's degree in Social Work.
+ Prior experience working in acute psychiatric care setting (preferred).
+ Two years of clinical experience post-graduation from Masters' Program (preferred)
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
+ Knowledge about and ability to provide behavioral health assessments/evaluations, crisis intervention safety planning, and complete referrals for community-based services and supports
+ Strong interpersonal skills required to work in an acute and very busy clinical environment.
+ Commitment to and routine demonstration of biopsychosocial approach to care of individuals and families

**LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS**
