Inept / unqualified management who takes no accountability for their own mistakes and lack of understanding of how to run a department.

Most co-workers are great to work with.

Flexibility

Nothing. It used to be great but the leadership team has changed over the past few years and no longer seems to care about the employees.

Listen to not only your directors but also let the employee have a voice. Some directors will say whatever it takes to make themselves look good and anything negative they place blame elsewhere. Whether it be a team lead or tech. Remember, without doing the work, you have no business.

Know networking, server and desktop troubleshooting, configuration / installation. Show you have great customer service skills.

Below average but I was ok with the salary. I didn’t live outside my means.

Majority is white but I’m unsure how many other ethnicities were applying for jobs.

I worked with some great co-workers who I would consider friends and I built some strong relationships with some of the clients I supported. Some of whom I still keep in contact with.
