We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.

Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids. Get's a “yes” or a “no” on all bids.
Strive to target and market to the most profitable jobs

About The role:
The founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) will join a new team within the marketing department, focused on driving qualified pipeline for our Account Executives (AEs). SDRs will report directly to the Sr Sales Development Manager and serve as a key link between marketing demand generation and sales. In this role, SDRs will be the first point of contact in introducing Dusty FieldPrinters to new jobsites, balancing both inbound and outbound prospecting activities. As a founding team member, this representative will help shape the team's operational playbook, best practices, and culture. Responsibilities:
Proactively source and initiate exploratory conversations about a valuable and unique product, one people are willing to take cold calls for.
Book discovery meetings that convert into qualified opportunities for Account Executives (AEs).
Qualify prospects based on established criteria and gather key sales intelligence.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for generating qualified opportunities to power the sales pipeline.
Maintain strong outreach activity across multiple channels: calls, emails, live chat, video meetings, and LinkedIn messages.

JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Consultant is responsible for the conversion of leads/prospects to customers, generating referrals, and building strategic customer and realtor relationships to maximize revenue for the organization.
This position requires onsite attendance 5 days per week in Boston, MA.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell and close PulteGroup products.
Monitor and meet Customer Quality Experience (CQE) goals.
Generate leads from customer referrals and core realtor group.
Conduct interviews to all prospects for current/future home sales, make presentations to model visitors, and demonstrate the models, spec homes and the amenities of the community.
Explain principal and interest payments, taxes, insurance, CC&R's (deed restrictions), homeowner associations, and if applicable club/golf membership plans.
Prepare required paperwork for each home sale and for prospective purchasers.
Assist in making prospective homebuyer appointments with design center, mortgage, key inspection and settlement departments when necessary.
Keep homebuyer updated as to construction progress and estimated completion dates and remain actively involved in the sales process through closing.
Communicate properly to the appropriate departments, any customer requests for information or service.
Actively manage backlog and communicate with Pulte Mortgage and/or outside lenders.
Conduct regular monthly competitive shops and report findings back to peers and management.
Regularly walk model park, sales center, and other community features identifying any items that are not customer ready and coordinate their repair/maintenance with the appropriate party.
Regularly audit community website, MLS, collateral, and any other consumer facing material to ensure accuracy in presentation.

All Sales Consultants, except those in CA, are ineligible for paid time off, but receive 8 paid sales holidays in addition to either 23 or 28 days off based on years of service comprised of unpaid time off and paid sick time if applicable in their state. Job Description
We are currently looking for a high-energy individual who is ready for consultative sales. The ideal candidate will either have a working knowledge of solar energy or be willing to learn quickly. You will be working directly with the consumer to determine what type of solar energy option works best for their individual situation while ensuring the customer has the financials necessary to either finance, lease, or buy the equipment. You will be dealing with residential, commercial and industrial customers. We have established a great sales culture and new candidates will benefit greatly from the many resources we offer in-house.
