Position Summary
As aCustomer Service Agent, you'll be the friendly face passengers and crew rely on throughout their journey at our Jet Aviation FBO (Fixed-Based Operator). From arrival to departure, you'll be the go-to person for service requests, questions, feedback, and consistently delivering seamless, engaging, welcoming, and professional experiences.

* 1-2 years of experience in an FBO or customer service-related field (hospitality experience preferred).

Main Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers, addressing billing inquires, service requests, suggestions and complaints in a warm and respectful manner.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and fairly, while skillfully de-escalating tense situations.
* Perform generalist duties within the Customer Support/ Operations function.
* Provide information about Jet Aviations services, identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
* Recommend and implement programs to support customer needs.
* Assist crew members with arrangements for hotels, ground transportation, catering, linens and other vendor services.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant airport and Jet Aviation policies, regulations and laws.

Work Schedule and Compensation

* We formally operate 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly.

The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $19 - 22 hourly which is equivalent to $40,000 - $43,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

Overview:
Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Technician 2 performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies for our casted (Ceraform) and 3D Printed (Ceraprint) Silicon Carbide optics and mechanical structures. Overview:

The Autonomous Maritime Platforms (AMP) Business has an immediate opening for an Engineering Resource Manager for the Systems Engineering Design team. As a Technical Manager for the group, you will be responsible for the success of our programs by delivering on our engineering commitments and being accountable for the performance for a growing highly skilled team. You will work closely with the other Resource Managers, Deputy Program Managers of Engineerings (DPMEs) and Program Managers to make critical staffing decisions, identify and develop skillsets, forecast and allocate staffing needs. This management role includes all aspects of staff management, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching/mentoring, career development, performance management, and engineering roadmaps. Direct project work will be required to support the engineering department as well as contributions to proposals in pursuit of new business.
Duties & Tasks:
* Overall responsibility for the engineering aspects of a technical domain, to include the acquisition of critical resources
* Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering efforts within area of responsibility
* Capable of identifying project risks, assessing issues and developing resolutions that meet cost, schedule productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
* Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
* Participates in development of technical strategies and teaming strategies in technical domain
* Participates in the proposal process, including the development of executable project plans on proposals
* Ensures process compliance of all engineering activity in area of responsibility
* Leads specific process improvement activities
* Determines and implements the organizational training needs in accordance with the requirements of the technical domain
* Expected to manage work, set objectives and meet commitments for self and others
