Systems, Processes, and Programs Evaluate and update location operating procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement corporate programs and adapt them to location-level needs. Customer Agreements Oversee preventive maintenance agreements, ensuring renewals, proper pricing, escalations, and minimal cancellations. Special Projects Execute corporate initiatives and location-specific projects as directed by the Executive Vice President. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES Financial Objectives Achieve location financial plans for bookings, revenue, margin, operating income, and agreement base growth. Operational Objectives Meet safety goals (e.g., zero OSHA recordables, jobsite compliance). Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through timely service and quality delivery.
