As a Full-time Home Health Physical Therapist, you will:
Plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses and functional disabilities to attain highest level of physical function.
Test/screen the patient's physical strengths to assist the physician in evaluating the patient's level of function and records findings to develop or pursue treatment programs and establish measurable training objectives.
Develop/implement a conditioning/rehabilitation program consistent with physician's Plan of Treatment and the overall goals of the patient/rehab team. Adjust treatment as needed to achieve maximum results.
Confer with physician and clinical team members to obtain additional patient information and assist in developing, implementing and revising the therapy treatment program and Plan of Treatment.
Provide Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aide staff with written instructions/care plan that reflects current plan of care as related to therapy, supervise/evaluate staffs' performance. Monitor the appropriate completion of documentation by physical therapy assistants and home health aides/personal care workers as part of the supervisory/leadership responsibility.
Accurately, promptly and thoroughly document patients' care observations, interventions and evaluations. Assure that interim (verbal) orders received from the physician and physical therapist are promptly and accurately documented, submitted for physician signature and implemented
Report patient's progress to the patient's physician, Clinical Manager, staff, patient and family. Submit evaluation, treatment plans, progress reports and discharge summary to the supervisor and care management staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.

The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Job Requirement(s):
At least 16 years of age.
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
Current CPR/AED Certification
First Aid Certification
Physical Qualifications:
Lifeguards are expected to be able to successfully perform all physical activities necessary to perform all essential and related functions of the position including swimming, sitting and observing facility, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking to membership, and performing highly repetitive motions. Prolonged exposure to elements; including sun, wind, rain. This position is expected to be able to perform essential and related functions of the position which can be described as light-moderate work. May involve heavy lifting; physically and emotionally strenuous work.
Essential Functions:
Ensuring Facility Safety and Cleanliness
Has the ability to respond to critical incidents and act swiftly in emergency situations; possesses critical thinking ability & remains calm under pressure.
Completing any and all task lists as assigned by Management
Providing excellent Member Relations
Teaching and/or assisting with Swim Lessons, Swim Team and all other related member events
Ability to address questions from membership about the facility and club events
Provide Effective Surveillance of facility and patrons of the facility
Knowledge and ability to perform Injury Prevention techniques
Ability to provide Emergency Action Plans and Water Rescue Skills
Victim Assessment Prior To Providing Care, Breathing Emergencies, Cardiac Emergencies, Ability to provide coinciding First Aid treatment including caring for head, neck and spinal injuries
Approved uniforms must be worn upon arrival of property
