As a global IT executive, I have earned a reputation for leveraging both business acumen and innovative, entrepreneurial mindset to drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives that deliver major ROI. My work spans mid-sized to billion dollar global conglomerates, but my focus has remained on growing and leading unified, high-performing teams that move technology portfolios forward with cloud features (IaaS, PaaS), mobile technology and Agile.

► Leading global IT teams and transforming the department into a trusted partner with a continuous improvement culture and high level of customer satisfaction.

► Driving a 180% increase in on-time, on-budget project completion rates.

► Delivering a 50+ project portfolio worth $20M including front and back office systems, data warehousing, content management, and integration services.

In addition to my hands-on leadership experience, I also hold a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University in India.

Jen is responsible for GeoBlue’s people practices including hiring, training, internal communications, change management, and employee engagement. She has over 30 years of experience at the leadership level and has served as the vice-president of HR at IEC Electronics, ALTEVA, Access Group Inc., and Graduate Health Systems, Parkview Hospital. Jen has extensive experience in revamping HR policies and systems, as well as being a cultural advocate, passionate about improving morale and driving positive changes throughout the company. She’s a member of a number of professional affiliations, is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified, and has her B.A. from Loyola University.

Lynn is responsible for shaping GeoBlue’s message and value proposition and managing the company’s visibility. Prior to GeoBlue, Lynn was SVP of Marketing for Europ Assistance’s Global Travel Business Line and held marketing positions at XM Satellite Radio, USA Today, and AOL. As an Army brat, Lynn was born in Vietnam, lived in multiple countries growing up, and has enjoyed the opportunity to travel and work abroad during her career in the international travel and medical assistance space. Lynn holds a B.A. from Stanford University where she also did a study abroad program in Berlin.

Senior Executive with 25+ years experience running and leading International Sales/Distribution Teams with a demonstrated history of success working in the financial & medical insurance industries across the U.K., Europe, USA, Africa, India & Middle East. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Sales Strategy, International Business, Underwriting, Network Management, Provider Contracting and Team Leadership.

Ron has spent the last 20+ years in the financial and healthcare services industry, with the majority of that time dedicated to serving the globally mobile customer segment. As Chief Financial Officer, Ron leads financial and risk management as well as enterprise-wide strategy. Prior to GeoBlue, he worked for one of the largest healthcare services companies in the U.S. Ron is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania (BS in Economics) and started his career working in public accounting and management consulting.
