Day to Day:
Develop and communicate the Utility Operation master schedule using ERP data and capacity planning techniques.

Manage manpower, machinery, and materials via S&OP processes.
Lead weekly cross-functional MPS reviews and report updates to management.
Develop and monitor KPI reporting for actual vs. planned performance.
Coordinate multi-site production between locations and divisions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
10 years of manufacturing production experience, including 5+ years in production planning/scheduling and preferably 2 years in master scheduling. Comparable experience considered.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Epicor Vantage.
APICS certification preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUP).
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read fabrication prints and manage changing priorities.
Team player willing to collaborate across departments and work overtime/weekends as needed.

The UG Inspector/GIS Technician will inspect primary/secondary underground (UG) facilities. This position will be responsible for the execution, tracking and management of United's underground inspection cycle on a day-to-day basis. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual shall be responsible for reporting issues found during inspection to the proper departments using prescribed formats.
