A Brief Overview
The CDL Driver II is responsible for the safe, efficient transportation of materials to various job sites and other locations. This role requires maintaining a Class A or B Driver's license, inspecting and maintaining trucks, reporting shortages and claims to supervisors, and assisting in loading and storing of materials. Drivers must perform pre- and post-trip inspections, manage logs, and adhere to hours-of-service requirements. The CDL Driver II is typically a more experienced driver who may train new associates.

Records all merchandise returned by truck and assists in unloading materials returned for credit, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
Safely and efficiently operates a truck-mounted forklift to load, unload, and transport materials at job sites.
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the truck, ensuring it is well-kept and ready for operation.
Assist with stocking and organizing inventory in the warehouse and production areas.
Trains and mentors incoming drivers on company policies, safety procedures, and operational best practices.

* Monitor project milestones, identify early issues, and collaborate with Project Team to resolve concerns.
* Review project progress and financials at key intervals to ensure alignment with agreed upon budgets and timelines.
* Facilitate communication regarding customer change requests, ensuring proposed changes are understood and reflected in cost and schedule updates.
* Help close out projects by gathering client feedback and ensuring any punch list or warranty items are resolved in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in commercial construction, sales, business development, or project management.
* Ability to develop successful strategies for building long-term client relationships.
* Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
* Skilled in negotiating deals and presenting compelling value propositions to clients.
* Understanding of the local market, including key influencers, competitors, and business opportunities.
* Ability to interpret market data and use insights to drive growth strategies.
* Proficiency in CRM software, proposal development tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with project budgeting, estimating, and scheduling processes.
* Knowledge of commercial construction processes, design-build methodologies, and local market dynamics.

Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lifeguard will be responsible for the safety of all guests in and near the pool area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
* Enforcing all pool rules
* Preventing injuries and minimizing hazardous situations
* Providing patron surveillance whenever a patron is swimming
* Handling all injuries, accidents, and emergency situations as they arise (contact Senior Lifeguard for any assistance)
* Arriving to work on time
* Instruct various ages in swimming, water safety, and other aquatic programming
* Completing assigned cleaning duties
* Attending in-service training as scheduled
* Provide courteous and friendly first-in-class guest service
* Greet guests and provide information and way finding as needed
* Operate ticket sales booth and handle cash
* Be knowledgeable about facility programs (format, pricing, meeting dates/times)
* Be knowledgeable of and enforce venue policies and procedures
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest and team member information
* Professionally resolve guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to appropriate manager
* Maintain a clean space and perform regular walk-throughs (indoor/outdoor) to ensure venue cleanliness
* Supervise and enforce rules during events
* Attending in-service training as scheduled
* Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Current certification in Deep Water Lifeguard Training by the American Red Cross and First Aid, CPR/AED for Lifeguards or able to complete training and earn certification within 30 days of hire
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work well with others
* Must be at least 16 years of age or older
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Will frequently be required to walk, swim, sit
* Will be required to use hands and fingers, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms
* Will be required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
* Will occasionally lift, pull, push and/or move heavy items
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus
* May work in outside weather conditions and be exposed to outside temperatures ranging from 80-105 degrees
* Minimal duties are performed in direct sunlight and will be exposed to hot, wet, and humid conditions
* Exposure to cleaning chemicals that must be handled with extreme caution
