EXEControl Global Solutions’ rich history started in the 1950’s.
Toward the end of the 1960’s, Doctor Ebeling knew that the “computer” had met its day for commercialization.

Doctor Ebeling sold the company to Scott Ebeling, Allan Robison and Sam Hazleton in 1994.
They are having 20 delivery centres across US Canada Mauritius Philippines and India all working towards creating leaders out of their clients.HTMT Global Solutions Ltd was incorporated on January 13 1995 as Tele Video Communications India Pvt.
In 2005, Allan Robison purchased all shares from Scott and Sam and is now the sole corporate shareholder.
In November 2006 the company acquired Affina in Illinois State which has multiple centres in Peoria Waterloo St Louis El Paso and Montreal has significantly added to the Company's delivery capabilities and global footprint.
During the year 2006-07 the company's name was changed form Tele Video Communication India Ltd to HTMT Technologies Ltd and then to HTMT Global Solutions Ltd.
Also they were the winner of ICT Innovation Award 2008.In June 2008 the company expanded their footprint to Chennai by inaugurating their second delivery centre at Nandambakkam.
Combining the former international business of GLORY Ltd. and Talaris, Glory Global Solutions, was formed in 2013.
During the 50th Anniversary Celebration, held on October 17, 2017, Allan Robison, President and CEO of EXEControl Global Solutions gave a powerful speech speaking about EXEControl Global Solutions’ commitment to the EXEControl Community.
