Prior to co-founding Global Upside, Gita served as Corporate Controller for online-home-sales pioneer eHome. Previously, she was Controller of Chipshot.com, a manufacturer and e-tailer of golf equipment. Gita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Rajasthan, India, and has received multiple accounting certifications from the University of Alaska at Anchorage.

Lisa Crowder is an Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer at Global Upside and Office Manager at American Pool & Spa Repair and is based in San Jose, California. She has worked as Executive Assistant to the CFO at Ditech Networks, Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Keystone Strategy, and Executive Administrator at Everypath.

As Senior Advisor, Roy brings more than 30 years of experience with one of the world’s premier accounting firms to Global Upside. Roy was a partner at Deloitte & Touche and served the firm for 34 years before retiring in 2006. While at Deloitte, Roy established an assurance practice in Hyderabad, India with approximately 300 chartered accountants. The practice continues to grow as part of Deloitte’s US-India Region of nearly 11,000 employees.

In 2003 and 2004, Roy was a leader of a large Deloitte team at MCI-Worldcom that identified and resolved accounting issues so the Company could publish several years’ of account restatements enabling them to emerge from bankruptcy as MCI. From 1995 to 2003, Roy was Managing Partner of Deloitte’s Silicon Valley office. During that time, business at that office grew fivefold as Deloitte worked with many leading global technology companies. Roy holds a B.S. in accounting from Brigham Young University.
