Nigam Shah leads Cloud Services and Information Technology Services organizations at Roamware. His earlier assignments with the company include VP, Product Management and VP, Professional Services. Prior to joining Roamware, Nigam was a Principal Partner and Founder of a consulting firm where he led a global wireless practice with P&L responsibilities. In this capacity, he advised mobile operators in Europe on their technology strategy, product planning and investment analysis. Before this stint, Nigam spearheaded Information Technology and Billing departments for wireless operators in Europe. He was part of a senior management team responsible for launching and managing mobile wireless operations for BT/O2 in Germany, The Netherlands and Italy. Prior to that, he was a District Manager with AT&T, where he led programs for smart card based e-commerce initiative, CRM and consolidated billing.
