The only pro is that you’re independent and solo while on your job driving bus.

Serious disrespect in terms of the LOWEST PAY AROUND, NO WORTHWHILE BENEFITS, and the way drivers are treated. Management warns drivers they are replaceable and that it’s our fault why we are not paid more money per hour. It’s just an excuse because this company is making record profits and doesn’t share a dime of it with the drivers that make them the success they are. Cheap as they come. Split shift with very early starting times. You basically give them your day from 5am to 5pm and make only 4 to 5 hours of actual on the clock being paid time. They are a family company that ONLY looks out for their own family. You will not be able to live anymore going to work for them because they are so far behind the times when it comes to pay, benefits, and respect. No Union representation and your REALLY need it there.

It’s at the very bottom because they are so cheap and disrespectful and out of touch. On purpose because they don’t care.

Can't trust your coworkers or management and there is always some type of drama like being back in high school

Most of the people that work that don't have a education so it not hard to get employed there

Very low salary all I can say poor management, and angry dispatchers and supervisor lies at the beginning of the job average $12 to $14 no way it's average about 7 to $9 an hour and you have to pay tax on it no benefits they do have a attitude of if you don't like the job resign !

Dispatch was a pleasure working with while empolyed there.

Low hourly rasies for fulltime empolyee. After 2 years of fulltime employment as a techincian was given a 44 cent raise total. Poor shop manganment.

There is no perk working for riteway.
