This position is responsible for providing business consulting, implementation, and support service activities focused on Microsoft ERP solutions and related third party products to Heartland's clients, leading and managing those implementations. This requires a strong understanding of accounting, significant computer/technology understanding and diverse industry business process experience. This position is also involved in presales/sales opportunities, overall brand-building and assisting in the success of the ERP Team.
Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
Address business problems by gathering information, analyzing, prioritizing and evaluating options, and then architecting integrated use of technologies to solve those problems.
Train and support users using Microsoft ERP Solutions and related tools. This will include both remote work and traveling onsite to clients. In addition, there are situations that require the team member to be onsite before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m. with clients, including overnight stays.
Build and maintain strong, loyal, long term client relationships, managing implementations, guiding other consultants and fulfilling the role of being a trusted business advisor.
Apply proper accounting standards in planning and design decisions made relating to setup, process design flows, transactional testing and posting methodologies.
Develop general business and industry specific knowledge of innovative and “best practices” procedures and techniques in order to assist clients in identifying and solving problems.
Lead presales discovery and presentations (demonstrations); manage preparation and presentation of proposals
Develop the knowledge and skills required to identify client needs and related opportunities which can be addressed through services and products provided by Heartland Business Systems.
Create and maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products and solutions by utilizing networks of resources.
Work in and always model a positive team atmosphere between regional and virtual practices while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.
Minimum of 1,250 hours billed per fiscal year. These charge hour requirements will be balanced against professional development and presales support.

The Post Holdings IT team is seeking a cyber security professional with demonstrated network, platform and application layer security-related skills to conduct day to day security monitoring and triage of security related events. Responsibilities will include managing the incident repose process for incidents and participating, as a team member, in major incidents. This position is responsible for providing business consulting, implementation, and support service activities focused on Microsoft ERP solutions and related third party products to Heartland's clients, leading and managing those implementations. This requires a strong understanding of accounting, significant computer/technology understanding and diverse industry business process experience. Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
Address business problems by gathering information, analyzing, prioritizing and evaluating options, and then architecting integrated use of technologies to solve those problems.
Train and support users using Microsoft ERP Solutions and related tools. This will include both remote work and traveling onsite to clients. In addition, there are situations that require the team member to be onsite before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m. with clients, including overnight stays.
Build and maintain strong, loyal, long term client relationships, managing implementations, guiding other consultants and fulfilling the role of being a trusted business advisor.
Apply proper accounting standards in planning and design decisions made relating to setup, process design flows, transactional testing and posting methodologies.
Develop general business and industry specific knowledge of innovative and “best practices” procedures and techniques in order to assist clients in identifying and solving problems.
Lead presales discovery and presentations (demonstrations); manage preparation and presentation of proposals
Develop the knowledge and skills required to identify client needs and related opportunities which can be addressed through services and products provided by Heartland Business Systems.
Create and maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products and solutions by utilizing networks of resources.
Work in and always model a positive team atmosphere between regional and virtual practices while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.
Minimum of 1,250 hours billed per fiscal year. These charge hour requirements will be balanced against professional development and presales support.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
- Lead and execute the planning, design, implementation and testing of customer projects, throughout the different phases of the project, responsible for the technical scope, solution, and quality.

Experience must include leading a Life Sciences industry automation project, working with customers to create functional requirements, designing control strategies and providing startup support at site.
- Professional image and ability to build relationships with customers
- Comfortable working in plant sites, and possess the ability to navigate staircases, ladders, scaffolding, and catwalks
- Willingness to travel to end user locations at least 25% of the year
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study such as mechanical or environmental engineering (preferred), economics, statistics, mathematics, or environmental studies.
+ Between 8-10 years of experience managing or leading research or planning projects that include both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
+ Minimum of one year leading or supporting demand-side management potential studies and/or resource planning for U.S.-based utilities.
+ Industry experience working with utilities, preferably in the areas of energy efficiency, demand response, solar PV and other distributed energy resources, battery storage, decarbonization, building electrification, electric vehicles, and combined heat and power resources.
+ Demonstrated ability and experience managing multiple projects and project teams, preferably in a consulting environment.
+ Experience in data analysis and interpretation.
+ Excellent project management skills including leading technical project teams, interacting with clients and stakeholders, budget management, preparing written reports and presenting project results, and mentoring staff.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate complicated issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's degree in a relevant area of study such as mechanical or environmental engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, environmental studies, or other quantitative social science.
+ Prior experience managing, evaluating, or modeling demand response programs.
+ Prior consulting experience including working independently to make decisions as well as collaborating in a team environment.
+ Experience with staff management, mentorship, and skills development.
+ Business development experience.
+ Intermediate to advanced skills with R or Python.

The WIM Investment Solutions Center of Excellence (IS COE) is looking for a Senior Investment Portfolio Control Consultant in the FA Directed Portfolio Analysis (FADPA) team. The FADPA team is responsible for monitoring of investment risk for advisors that have both discretion and a fiduciary responsibility. This group also provides portfolio analytics support for Advisors seeking analytics and assistance. The team is responsible for partnering with the relevant business group across the Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) organization to identify, assess, manage and mitigate current and emerging investment risk.
The team member will work directly with Financial Advisors, plus will collaborate with other business leaders in the firm. This role will include leveraging sophisticated third-party tools and internal reporting to help advisors identify appropriate benchmarks for the portfolios.

In this role, you will:
Work with advisors daily providing investment risk data, reviewing investment strategies and benchmarks, and identifying key risk in client accounts. Conduct proactive reach outs to advisors to help them reduce investment risk in client accounts. Help train advisors on the use of analytic tools and firm resources, key investment risk controls, and the resolution to control alerts.
Performs various moderately complex activities related to assessing portfolio risk exposures.
Identify, assess, manage and mitigate current and emerging investment risk. Provides an aggregate view of portfolio risk and serves as a subject matter expert for measuring and managing investment risk.
Consults and provides input into investment processes and governance. Produces daily, monthly, quarterly and annual investment risk reports for Sr. Management.
Utilizes multiple complex data sources; complies and mines sources to achieve data needs for analyses. Adheres to data management / data governance regulations and policies for data integrity.
Lead or partner with the relevant business group to identify, assess, manage and mitigate current and emerging investment risk
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of investment portfolio control experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of Investment acumen and Investment risk experience
FINRA registration including Series 7 and Series 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
Demonstrated leadership on cross-functional business initiatives as well as leading small working groups. Broad experience working with other departments in the firm including Product Management, compliance, operations, business control, EIT, supervision etc.
Experience implementing policies and procedures, oversight of controls, and conducting supervisory review tasks.
Project management experience leading projects, risk control efforts, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
