Church of the Saviour Next Generation Ministry is looking for college-aged interns who have a strong and personal love for Jesus to come along side us in growing, together with our kids, towards Him. It is our great joy to see more kids call Jesus their personal savior, for kids to dive deeper into their faith, and to equip more disciples to carry out His Great Commission. This internship is designed for mature followers of Christ to aid us in that mission, but equally to be served by Church of the Saviour leadership to develop as Christian leaders themselves. This program exists so that interns can first be poured into by God and His Church by the Spirit, and then overflow into gospel ministry for the next generation. We seek in all things to love others, because God first loved us.
*Internship Details:*
* Duration: 10 weeks, full-time, from May 28th to August 6th
* Compensation: $4,000 (before tax withholdings)
* Focus: Personal, spiritual, and professional development through one-on-one discipleship and hands-on ministry leadership and responsibilities

* Grow in your own personal faith in Jesus Christ
* Serve Christ by ministering to Students (6th through 12th grade)

* Daily time in God's Word & prayer and weekly meetings with staff and co-interns for spiritual, professional, leadership & teamwork development

* Collaborate with co-interns and Church of the Saviour staff to help Kids Ministry thrive in Jesus' name
* Attend Sunday Worship Service either at 9:00 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. throughout the internship
* Teach or co-teach one Kids Ministry Sunday School during one of the Sunday worship services
* Attend weekly Church of the Saviour staff meetings throughout the internship
* Attend and assist with planning, organizing, and running Kids Ministry weeklong summer camps, including VBS and Sports Camp
* Support event preparations for Kids Ministry summer camps, such as organizing camper groups, schedules, decorations, activities, crafts, skits, and other program elements
* Uphold a safe and welcoming environment and Christ-centered experience for all kids at all times
* Though imperfect, be imitators of Christ while modeling and encouraging our kids to do the same

Responsibilities
Interns will work closely with the psychometric and assessment teams to develop a research plan for the internship.
Over the 10 weeks, interns will attend weekly meetings with their supervisor to discuss progress and address questions, and with one or more research project teams to discuss ongoing work.

Summer Policy Internship
The ACLU-NJ seeks a highly motivated college or graduate student for our inaugural Policy Internship. The Policy Intern is a temporary role which requires a 10-week commitment from June through August 2025 at an expected 35 hours per week. The office is on a hybrid work schedule- in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and remotely on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
The Policy Intern will work closely with the Policy and Legal departments to conduct research, interview New Jersey and National policy leaders, analyze pending state and local legislative or regulatory proposals that impact civil rights and liberties in New Jersey, and develop policy recommendations for key campaigns related to reproductive freedom, economic justice, and immigrants' rights. Students will also have opportunities to participate in advocacy meetings and events involving clients, community partners and/or government officials.
Funding of up to $6,400 for undergraduate and $7,500 for graduate students is available for the period of the internship. Students who receive outside funding are eligible for a partial stipend to bring their total funding up to the level of the ACLU-NJ's funding amount for that term, if applicable.

Internship Format
The internship, which runs Monday-Friday over eight weeks, is made up of two parts.
Departmental Placement: Following a careful review of their experiences as well as their professional and academic ambitions, interns are placed in specific departments, where they spend four days per week. Placements vary each year and over the MSIP's 40+-year history, nearly every museum department has hosted an intern. Through this aspect of the program, interns develop an understanding of a professional workplace, learn practical skills, and receive one-on-one mentorship.
Museum Studies Seminar: Roughly one day per week, interns participate in museum studies sessions, which include behind-the-scenes tours of the museum; presentations from professionals from across the institution; discussions of urgent issues confronting the museum field; site visits to cultural institutions in Philadelphia; and professional development workshops.

ASPEN LEADERSHIP SEMINARS DEPARTMENT
The Aspen Leadership Seminars Department delivers leadership development seminars using the applied humanities for individuals, external partners, and clients. The guiding principle of all Seminars programs is the belief that the problems we face in society are moral, not technical. As such, we must all take the time and the space to engage with the ideas & ideals that have built our society, dive into leadership challenges, explore the enduring questions around ethical and effective leadership and refine the values that guide leadership to become more self-aware, self-correcting, and ultimately self-fulfilling individuals. The Seminars Department responsible for delivering the Institutes signature Aspen Executive Seminar on Leadership, Values, and the Good Society. The team also works with organizations to deliver custom Aspen Leadership Seminars designed to answer their unique needs.
The Growth Team is an interdisciplinary team within the Seminars department of business development, marketing and communications, and community engagement professionals. Working together, the team focuses on raising awareness & educating, forming & nurturing relationships, and creating & capitalizing on opportunities to establish Aspen Leadership Seminars as the recognized, respected, and sought-after purveyor of leadership development seminar programing in the leadership development and executive education market.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Aspen Leadership Seminars Growth Team Intern will help the Growth Team grow awareness of, enrollment in, and overall impact of our seminar products and programs. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative spirit, a willingness to work across teams to both strategize and execute projects to strategy.
This position reports directly to the Director, working alongside the members of the Seminars and Growth team. The salary range for this position is $18-20/hr. In accordance with our Reimagining Work policy, the Growth Team Intern should be willing to be in-person with colleagues a minimum of 40% of the time while having the flexibility to work remotely for the balance.

WHAT YOU WILL NED TO THRIVE
* Must be current enrolled in college or recently graduated college (within one semester from graduation).
* Technical experience and familiarity with social media (LinkedIn & Instagram specifically), Project management software, and Zoom, CRM management experience a plus.
* Excellent copywriting and proofing abilities
* An inquisitive mind and a love of learning with an appreciation for the humanities and their role in society.
* Strong interest in the work and mission of the Aspen Institute generally and the Seminars department specifically.
