In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of your team's Moves, Adds, Retrofits, Changes, Utilities, Security (MARCUS)/Retrofit portfolio, managing numerous annual projects representing hundreds of millions in capital spend. These projects range from simple network installs to complex operational and retrofit projects, all while maintaining no impact on the business. You will ensure consistent execution of business priorities, proactively solve project risks and process inefficiencies and provide direction to site teams. You will partner with metro and regional construction managers, and you will remove roadblocks and ensure teams have the necessary tools and resources. You will build trust with internal partners, supporting sustainability and tailored execution strategies while always prioritizing Google's users and safety.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of your team's Moves, Adds, Retrofits, Changes, Utilities, Security (MARCUS)/Retrofit portfolio, managing numerous annual projects representing hundreds of millions in capital spend. These projects range from simple network installs to complex operational and retrofit projects, all while maintaining no impact on the business. You will ensure consistent execution of business priorities, proactively solve project risks and process inefficiencies and provide direction to site teams. You will partner with metro and regional construction managers, and you will remove roadblocks and ensure teams have the necessary tools and resources. You will build trust with internal partners, supporting sustainability and tailored execution strategies while always prioritizing Google's users and safety.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Preferred Qualifications:
* OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent electrical safety certifications.
