This requires the prospective employee to think quickly on their feet, wearing various “hats” in order to be effective as one person may enter needing help with content and another wants guidance on mechanics and grammar. Must be able to transition from various needs of our student population and do so with grace and a positive attitude. Tutoring sessions run 3 minutes per session with students having the option of working a full hour is need be. Beyond tutoring activities, employees are expected to complete administrative tasks and promotions to make students award of our services. Administrative tasks include, but are not limited to: generating reports for faculty, creating fliers, assisting in campus events and general maintenance of the PWO functions per the Director.
