Basic knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals and ability to learn and follow proper safety and use policies and procedures. Ability to routinely walk, stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task and establish and maintain positive working relationships. Good client/customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as in support of the group effort. Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain clean floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors and stairs at the Hualapai Lodge. Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities and equipment, showers and fitness equipment. Restock all supplies in restrooms, restock towels in the fitness center and pool and take dirty towels to laundry. Empty all trash cans, replace liners and maintain clean receptacles, inside and outside of the Lodge. Clean all windows and doors, counter tops, furniture, elevator doors, drinking fountains and tables in public areas and conference rooms. Answer visitor/tourists questions, gives directions, share information about GCW, the Hualapai history and culture, etc. Actively communicate and coordinate with local police authorities regarding possible observations of theft or other illegal activity on premises. Perform regular and timely Performance Evaluation discussions and documentation with members of team and promote team environment while providing individual growth opportunity for Direct Reports. Ensure that all communications are shared with employees in a timely and accurate manner, as appropriate. Keep the Security Manager apprised of all situations and provide timely updates on activity.
