About the role:
Playground Games is looking for a skilled and experienced Producer for the Fable team to work on our open world action RPG project. As an integral part of the production process, you'll be interacting with all disciplines and driving the delivery of high quality features using modern development methodologies.
In addition to your knowledge of production practice, you will also have an understanding of art, design and technical fundamentals. Your keen eye for detail and risk management experience will allow you to achieve exceptional quality in all aspects of game production, driven by your genuine passion for games and games development.
This is a permanent role based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa. We have a hybrid work model in place with a minimum of 3 days a week in studio. Relocation assistance is available if required.

Who we are looking for
The Project Manager/Producer will serve as the liaison between our creative team and our clients, ensuring that project objectives, schedules, and budgets are met. Make prospecting calls assigned by sales center, if one in place, and as necessary to obtain sales goals outlined by Sales Manager.
Become active in trade associations of targeted markets and promote Carroll Insurance Agency within the organization.
Obtain and complete applications and forward to sales manager or account manager all information necessary to market the account with insurance carriers.
Provide risk management advice to prospects and clients.
Work with Account Manager or Marketing Specialist to negotiate pricing, coverage, commissions, and preparation of proposals.
Coordinate with Account Manager or Marketing Specialist to ensure that business is written appropriately.
Make financial arrangements with clients to ensure premium is collected.
Make follow-up calls on clients to ensure client satisfaction with the insurance program and to determine whether client needs have changed.
Deliver policies to customers within two weeks of receiving them from service personnel.
Cross sell accounts for other lines including personal lines, bonds, and financial services.
Work with Account Manager and Accounting Manager to resolve any questions or collection issues.
Work with Claims Specialist to insure prompt and timely settlement of loss.
Promote Carroll Insurance Agency and the insurance industry within the community.
Pursue a program for personal and professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree desired with professional designation.

As Senior Producer, you will work with multidisciplinary internal and external teams to deliver game content within Fable's open world. You will be responsible for driving collaboration at all levels and be accountable for end-to-end delivery of features within your area of ownership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Champion project goals and drive the delivery of AAA-quality game content in alignment with the game's vision and technical requirements.
Lead and manage the development process by working closely with project leadership and feature teams to plan, scope, and manage features and content in accordance with high-level project roadmaps and budgets.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, while continually refining plans to adapt to evolving project needs and priorities.
Drive consensus among stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on deadlines, requirements, and priorities.
Define workflows and processes that facilitate collaboration, clear communication, and accountability.
Identify potential risks and challenges early in the development process, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address them, ensuring project success and minimising disruptions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
5+ years of Production experience.
Experience producing at least 1 published title through an entire project lifecycle (ideally AAA).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with previous experience managing cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects.
In-depth knowledge of project management practices and methodologies, with a solid understanding of game development or software development processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at varying levels, both within the team and throughout the organisation.
Ability to exhibit problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new challenge as an opportunity for success, and creatively and methodically approaching challenges to achieve resolutions.
A genuine passion for video games.
Experience with open-world RPGs is a plus.
