As an Inventory Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels of finished goods, raw materials, and supplies to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for coordinating ordering and tracking of inventory, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Full-time Description The Sr Parts & Inventory Control Specialist will manage the parts inventory for our fleet of aircrafts. The candidate will process parts requests, maintain separate storage locations in our base locations and be responsible for the complete life cycle of inventory which includes procuring, receiving, storing, stock chasing, disbursing, transferring, exchanging, shipping, and delivering items. This position reports to the Director of Maintenance. Essential Job Responsibilities Set up and manage a quality Inventory Control System that is cost-effective, timely and provides adequate supplies to support Craft's fleet of aircraft. Primary Function: The essential function of this position is the supervision of all inventory staff on shift by team. The inventory team will consist of Hi-lo drivers, lumpers, reach truck operators and rider jack operators. Addressing both accordingly. • Monitor and flex staff using system tools to meet internal demand changes. • Support the production team through timely delivery of properly allocated product at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled run time. • Hit target outbound schedules (ready times) by managing staff and prioritizing workloads while following established picking process controls and thorough investigation of the missing report. • Monitor WMS exceptions and compliance to identify issues and correct / coach operators' compliance to success. • Monitor picking accuracy and work to improve results through training and follow up with team members. • Liaise with quality, receiving, production, CIC's, scheduling and shipping regarding quality issues, alternate allocation requests, or requests for deviations to a customer specification. • Monitor the use of all material handling equipment to ensure that it is used safely and properly. • Ensure that all company policies are being followed by the team, including adherence to all GMP and Food Safety related policies. • Ensure work station and inventory area is maintained and organized to be audit ready. • Conduct daily huddle meetings with the team to discuss goals, bottlenecks and productivity expectations and metrics. • Lead and develop your direct reports through coaching and mentoring to set objectives for team members including any necessary corrective actions and progressive discipline. • Continually look for ways to improve current processes to gain greater efficiencies and reduce operational costs. • Provide Management reports as required daily, weekly and monthly. Supervisory/Responsibilities: · None Duties/Responsibilities: · Process, print, and package documents of all sizes in a timely and efficient manner. · Verifying that correct medical records are matched to supporting documents. · Learn and use all software and equipment necessary for printing and mailing completion. · Attend to copier needs as needed so machines continue to run efficiently. · Attend and understand all initial and ongoing training provided. · Follow and enforce all SOPs as well as review and understand reference material relevant to Protected Health Information and HIPAA regulations as provided. · Meet or exceed defined productivity metrics. · Carefully monitor and complete the process to make sure that all printing and mailing transactions are successfully fulfilled and that updates are made properly within the provided software. · Communicate with the distribution center and 3rd party customer service representatives to provide excellent customer service and contribute to a completely HIPAA-compliant release of information process. Skills/Abilities: · Strong time management, communication, and attention to detail. · Ability to read and understand medical records, forms, authorizations, etc., that are relevant preferred. · Ability to work independently with little or no supervision at completion of initial training. · Ability to operate a desktop computer, scanner, and other common office equipment, including copiers, printers, etc. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. · Basic math and computer knowledge. · Experience in the ROI field or healthcare systems preferred. · HIPAA Certification preferred but not required. Education and Experience: · Minimum of a high school diploma. · No experience required. Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer or other office equipment. · Prolonged periods of standing in front of office equipment. · Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling carts · Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
